Its a comfortable hotel in a great location, it also feels very safe. I just didn’t like the little stuff like the TV wasn’t a smart TV so i couldn’t cast nothing from my phone and the shower head was lose. Didn’t expect that for the price I paid. But other than that its a nice hotel. Would stay again if i get it for a lower price.

I'm very disappointed in this hotel. 1) There were big roaches in my room; one was crawling up the curtain, and another came into the room from underneath the door. We were only in the room for about 2 hours, right after spending the day at Disneyland, but that was more than enough for me. We checked out at midnight and when I explained the reason to the woman behind the counter, she didn't seem surprised at all! She apologized, said they would refund my money, and that was that. It's been almost a month and no refund. 2) The parking is too far from the hotel, and it's extremely small and cramped. 3) The lobby is way nicer than the rooms, which mistakenly leads you to believe that the place is just as great. My advice? Don't stay here!

This place was meh. No breakfast, full parking, outdated bathroom, mold, and just kind of a really worn-in place. It is clean, though, so there is that.

I stayed in the Family Suite with a bunk bed. Absolutely loved the room set up. Teen kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the sliding doors to give some privacy. About a 10min walk to the Disneyland. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Checked me into the wrong room, front desk was confused, reserved family suite and checked me into double queen, big mess. Bathroom was gross, carpeting nasty, doors between the two rooms were broke, AC was cold in kids room but not in main room. Called for more towels and took over an hour. Refrigerator didn’t work properly so don’t count on bringing food because it wouldn’t stay cold.

Parking is limited and the room was not as clean as expected (floors not clean, trash left behind, carpet gaping) the property is old and needs to be updated.

The staff was courteous and did everything in a timely manner. Room was comfortable and quiet. Will definitely book here again in the future.

We stayed in one of the rooms with bunks. On the first night we asked for washcloth but they never arrived also that same night we saw a roach on the curtian climbing very slowing. We were moved rooms buy the front desk but they were not apologetic at all. We were traveling with a 1 year old so its hard to say we were moving hotels. The second night we still didnt have washcloths in our room. The room seemed cleaner but my kids were still freaked out about bugs. We spent the whole day at the park so they were tired to care by the end of the night. Overall very bad best thing was that its close to disney. At checkout we addressed the issue but the clerk didnt seem to care at all. So year first and last time staying there.
