I’ve machine did not work

The first room had water leaking from the ceiling that damaged the bathroom door, which kept the door from closing. It was apparent this has been happening for a while and had been ignored. We moved rooms. The second room had similar damage.

You definitely get what u pay for if u need an ada room make sure to triple check because my mother uses a cane and theu only had a 3rd story room avaliable

The room was spacious for a family of six. Breakfast was on the small side, but hot and filling. Parking was rough for large vehicles. Our key cards kept needing to be reset, which wasn’t awful, but slightly annoying after a long day at Disneyland.

Very nice and clean hotel. We watched the Disneyland fireworks from our room. Used Uber to and from Disneyland instead paying for parking there.

Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Walking distance to a few shops and about 15 minutes to disneyland entrance. Parking could be tight for larger vehicles but overall a great experience.

Parking was tight and the spaces were narrow. It would be nice to get a receipt, but the staff was not able to print one since we booked through a third party. Perhaps that information could be shared with the hotel.

The room was clean but the pool is small and breakfast was ok. The parking was ok but the parking lot is bit small. Disneyland was not far so location was ok as well as area stores and restaurants. The staff was nice which makes the stay worth it.
