The room is new and clean. Overall good value for money. However the reception lady is a bit confused about my reservation.

Nice, new hotel with very good service. Check-in experience was great too, finally it happened as it should: fast :) It's pity that the pool was not open though.

環境臟亂差，床底下還有不知道放了多久的薯片、紙巾，超級噁心🤢所謂的親子房真是瞎了眼，就是貼了卡通片照片就説標間是親子房，又小又亂，下次再也不去住了，大家擦亮眼睛

車到酒店門口，門僮隔着玻璃門看着你開門拿行李，估計天冷的原因；進房間要求換了一個加熱水壺，原來的沒有處理乾淨；酒店硬件不錯，服務管理細節差了一點

一家讓人超級無語的酒店。住了十幾天套房結果住出個白眼狼，先是退房後説我把鏡子弄碎了，我在的時候卻不説，後來一經確認是很久之前就損壞的，幹嘛？是想訛我嗎？還是想訛後面的客人？後來一位男士經理出麪調解這事就過去了。這次過來又住了一週，結果他們又搞事情。明明我在前台溝通好了338一晚結果時隔幾天還是直接扣款378，着實讓人無語。提醒一下大家千萬別充卡，誰充誰知道。攜程訂的客户不受待見。還有我本來就睡眠衰弱，千叮嚀萬囑咐續住且不需要打掃不要往房間打電話了，結果還是打了。結果打斷睡眠腦子都快炸了，這到底是什麼酒店？真的是安慶最好的嗎？房間很小就不説了，軟件請跟上好嗎？哪來的底氣還漲價

2023.1.25晚再次入住，前台市場銷售總監雷敏態度惡劣
晚上辦入住前台排長隊，等待20分鐘。此時有兩個前台工作人員，但衹開一個辦理通道，於是要求再開一個通道。雷敏答覆自己不會操作前台系統衹能開一個通道。並且還反問客户:酒店的安排需要和你彙報嗎？
本來挺好的酒店，就是因為劣質的服務管理賣不上價格，替綠地感到可惜！
