來安順旅遊，去了黃果樹和龍宮。看到這家酒店評分挺好的，就來入住了整體感覺挺好的，房間比較乾淨，前台的小哥哥小姐姐也很熱情，還遞上了花茶。酒店環境也很好，設施完善，周邊商超什麼的都有配套挺齊全的。

本人基本是第一次點評酒店，為了這破酒店寫幾百字的點評，必須給後面的賓客避雷！首先，酒店的地下車庫就讓我很不滿意，到處都是直角轉彎，對大一點的車很不友好！其次，酒店一排都是並排一些酒店，外形和周圍環境都不太好，最主要是臨近火車貨運站，晚上半夜早上都有貨運火車經過，且每次都要鳴笛！一晚都睡不着！第三，最重要的一點，好像是麗楓酒店，但是我嚴重懷疑是貼牌酒店，環境衞生差！設備設施老舊！衞生間反水的味道臭的我一晚都想吐，接近400的價格我從來沒住過這麼噁心的房間！第四，服務態度不好，酒店電話形同虛設根本打不通，到樓下去説需要小童洗漱用品承諾晚點給我拿到房間，等了一晚也沒來！洗漱用品都沒裝，退房時其他顧客還反應房間清潔都沒做一堆餐巾紙！
以上一切描述均是實話，簡直破壞了我對安順這個城市的美好初印象，因為一個酒店再也不願意來這裏也是獨一個！祝你家早點倒閉！誰的錢都不是大風颳來了，真噁心💩

房間很乾凈，本來定了豪雙得，酒店給我升級了家庭房，接站師傅年輕有禮貌，下雨了也在路邊等我們，客服服務態度極好。

大年初四晚上入住的麗楓酒店，環境好服務熱情
早上取車遇見了一個小插曲，車後尾燈被砸了，酒店積極配合，報警調監控，但是這塊的監控是壞的，是監控屬於物業上的，不是酒店的，酒店楊總全程配合，最後給予賠付，在這裏衷心的感謝楊總！大品牌就是不一樣，麗楓酒店值得再次入住

酒店真的不要太差，一入住裏面地面還有水。開個發票也沒有了下文，並且晚上火車不斷根本無法入睡

酒店位置好，停車方便，旁邊很多美食店。感覺是舒適度較高的酒店，房間較大，設計感很強，還有點潮。前台的小妹熱情耐心，贊一個。早餐較豐富，可口。

酒店挺好，前台的工作人員不夠熱情，第一天晚上洗衣服沒有洗衣粉，有工作人員上來説衹有明天有，管洗衣粉的人下班了，要不就自己出去買。好吧。。。第二天上午工作上有點急事需要用電腦，問前台能否借用電腦 10 分鐘，答曰試試小門前台那個電腦，故用之，電腦很卡，完全不能使用。我急用。試探性問了下前台有沒有別的電腦，衹用 10 分鐘，前台拒。因為早 9 點打印店沒開門，帶着娃不方便去網吧，但我又急用電腦。最後我去了隔壁的四葉草酒店，試探性問問能不能借用一下電腦，四葉草酒店前台小姐姐為我提供了幫助，讓我使用了一下前台辦公的電腦，我在想這是不是有點諷刺？我都沒有在她們酒店消費。而且麗楓酒店還是比較信任的酒店，基本出行首選麗楓。。哎。。

酒店位置有點偏僻，離安順東客運站很近，高鐵站和火車站就比較遠一點，但是打車也不貴，酒店房間很乾凈也很新，是我貴陽之旅住得最好的一家酒店，服務態度也很棒，這邊有個小建議，可以加強對於當地一些旅遊服務的培訓（比如如何去景區）。
唯一一個雷點就是，酒店靠近火車軌道，早上六七點火車進過鳴笛很吵
