Lovely hotel, very well kept and maintained nearby Chang bai shan train station. Comfortable and clean. Stay was ok but service was par at best, they don’t have much experience dealing with foreigners. Also stingy with mineral water couldn’t spare a few more at front desk.

This hotel was okay, but I would not stay here again. Our room was covered in mold, and the smell of cigarettes and mold was overwhelming. There were cigarette burn marks in the furniture as well. Additionally, our shower did not work. We also lost power our first night.
Location was good though, and staff was friendly.

酒店安靜，乾淨，服務好，地理位置好。更值得誇的是早餐真的很不錯，可以品嚐到朝鮮族特色小吃。酒店管家非常熱情，各項服務安排得很好，有求必應。因為去長白山上山比較晚，酒店有延遲退房服務，酒店經理及時為我們排憂解難，非常感謝。這樣的酒店非常人性化。作為遊客，旅遊是開闊眼界，更是一種心情。感謝酒店周到服務。

酒店地理位置絕佳，開車去哪裡都挺方便的！我們在長白山呆了三天，都是姜師傅接送的，包車特別方便！姜師傅人超級好，很熱情，服務細緻周到，我們五點半去漂流也一大早陪我們，非常感謝！

性價比高，家庭房間超級大，2米的大床，負一樓有温泉，暖氣很足，孩子們泡完穿短袖吃雪糕，東北之行最大的感受就是，外面冰天雪地，室內短袖雪糕，簡直不要太爽，贊贊贊👍
