設施：投影儀清晰，各大影視平台會員都齊全，可以投屏，一次性馬桶墊，一次性拖鞋，一次性浴巾毛巾都是免費的
衞生：衞生收拾的非常好，床上用品無頭髮之類的，房間無異味
環境：房間氛圍感滿滿，非常適合情侶約會的一家自助民宿
服務：服務非常好，雖然是自租民宿，但是有要求都會滿足

房間隔音比較差，因為對着電梯，基本上每十幾分鍾就能聽見人説話的聲音，也能聽見樓上走路，和隔壁奮力耕耘，床的晃動聲音，國慶一整晚都沒休息好，影響了第二天的遊玩。但這都不是重點，重點是安全性極差，窗户外竟然是平台，人可以從外面看到裏面，甚至直接進來。晚上睡覺為了通風打開窗户，看到有人在窗户隱約的偷看，你能感受到那種恐懼嗎？不知道是工地的工作人員還是隔壁的人從窗户裏跳出來的

地理位置非常好，離文字博物館很近，房間很乾凈舒適，床單被罩都很軟很舒服，wifi也順暢，看電影也不卡，空調聲音也不大，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水沐浴露很香。

親自體驗衞生環境不錯，並且離萬達廣場衹需四百多米，挺方便的。樓下肉醬拌麪也挺好，晚上回來懟了一碗好評。入住辦理也挺快，雖然臨街但是晚上車流量少，也好睡着，但是公寓樓嘛，隔音畢竟差點，對於睡眠清的的道友不太友好。不過我這人一分鐘就能入睡，影響不大，所以感覺好不錯。推薦。
