It was a nightmare, we went through 5 rooms before we were put in a clean room, 2 rooms out of the 5 we know had someone else staying in them, the other 2 had dirty towels and stuff everywhere, then I booked through ******* and I was also charged by the hotel which I have not received my money back yet.

Gave me bad room key twice, then gave me a room with someone showering in the room. The fourth time gave me a handicapped room. Wondering how many stars they want me to rate them.
