I stayed for two days. On the first day, I complained to the front desk at 1 a.m. that the air conditioner had no cooling effect and the water pressure was low. I went to the front desk at 10 a.m. to ask for an answer, but no one responded. The only way to solve the problem was to call the front desk every half an hour, which was too time-consuming. Later, I thought of a way to ask the engineering depar**ent to come up and solve it. It turned out that the water pipe was leaking, causing the low water pressure. The reason why the air conditioner did not cool down was that a large ball of black cotton wool accumulated on the dust net. The engineering depar**ent master was embarrassed to not clean it. In the end, everything was solved, and the uneasiness of the two-day hotel was swept away. It highlights the low quality of communication between the front desk and the back office. It is recommended to stay in other four-star hotels.
