During my stay at the resort, Ms. Wang Yuxue always greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm, making me feel extremely warm. I arrived at Changbai Mountain at 6 pm. When I arrived at the hotel, the waiter warmly received me. I saw that I had brought 2 children and was a member. I directly upgraded me to a parent-child suite. The picture of the room is exactly the same as the display, spacious and clean. The hot springs are from 1 pm to 8:30 pm, and the 3rd floor is the net red hot spring and the infinity pool. Very popular. There is no tiring day. Breakfast is a buffet from 7 am to 9:30 am, with a variety of varieties and suitable for all tastes. If you eat at the hotel's Chinese restaurant is also large and expensive, you can give priority to it. If you want to go to other places to eat, go out to the road and pass 10 meters left and turn right. There is a good day restaurant that is also large and expensive, very delicious, you really can not order takeaway. Isn't it beautiful to have a hot spring and have a drink on such a good night?

Great experience with helpful and serviceminded staff. The hotel is large and what you would expect from a Westin. We had executive lounge access that had happy hour from 17-19, which included good selection of food (not only small bites) and beverages including alcohol. The breakfast was large with a very good selection. The only small issue was that the hot tub was not warm and when we asked them to turn it up for the next day that was not possible. Good thing we had one free access to the hot spring as part of our room. The room did not allow for individual settings of the AC and after one night of 24+ we turned it off and had the balcony door open. The hotel is luckily not at the most busy part of the center, but still overlooking the slopes (and the Audi sign). Would stay again.

I will not recommend to friends and family to come again! When I needed to take a shower at night, the water suddenly stopped. The whole building was without water. The toilet didn't work well and I couldn't wash myself in the shower. The answer given by the service staff was that the hot spring downstairs released water, resulting in insufficient water pressure on the floor... (Ask a question here. , is the hot spring water not a real hot spring, but hot water added by yourself? If not, why do you need to use the hot water in the guest room?) The waiter said that it would be enough in ten minutes, but after waiting for a full hour, I could not take a shower or go to the toilet, it was too collapsed! The water finally came and it was time to take a shower. The sewers were not working well. Even after taking a shower, the water flooded the mountains... Oh my God, the TV was not working either. It had been a long time since I watched Snowflake TV. I really experienced it in this hotel... Breakfast: The hotel includes four adults and one child. We have two adults and three children. The waiter said that we must charge an additional 28 yuan breakfast coupon for one of our children. I was really speechless and said that it was a coupon for the four of us (I just want to know if we want to calculate it, then we Should two large and three primary schools refund the children first and then replenish the coupons?) 4 large and 1 small hot springs: I felt the smell was bad when I walked to the door, so I didn’t try the hot springs.

My family had a wonderful experience staying at Jin Suites. The location is great because our room is just across the Wanda Ski Center. McDonald’s, KFC and Pizza Hut are right below our room. Hotel service was great, especially front desk Vito Fan who met our requests in a heartbeat. The living room with two adjoining bedrooms provided more space, especially to store our ski gear. Minimart at the lobby area was convenient too! Will book this hotel again when we visit Changbaishan in the future.
