Hotel Amarabati

I have booked super deluxe room with bathtub and ac. The rooms were pretty clean, food was also good especially the fish. Location of the hotel is on the main road, but parking is an issue as space is really short. The available water in the washroom is not clean enough and appears reddish. Also, the housekeeping and service staff were very cordial and well behaved, but the guys sitting in the reception are irritating as their behaviour is not like a hotelier, it seems that the reception guys/front office guys didn't like the fact that tourists have boarded their hotel, neither they were interested in assisting the guests. Lastly the tv was not working as no recharge was done.

Acommodation was good. Night lamp was cut, they fixed it when called. It would be a good guesture if a complimentary breakfast is provided as is usual in govt and reputed guest houses. Otherwise everything was ok. We enjoyed the trip and stay at amarabati bakkhali.

No soap or shampoo was provided. The swimming pool timing was odd. 12 to 2pm and 5pm to 9pm. One was suppose to get in hotel by 10:30pm. Why is there a in time like a hostel? no glasses was provided in the room, only an empty jug was given, yet while checking out, a staff called to ask if i have seen the glasses! rest was not bad, hotel was clean, staffs are good.

It's 10 min walking distance from sea beach. They have their own restaurant in hotel premises but very few food options are available so i never tried. Service is very poor.

Very bad service and food quality is very bad, brackfast is not sufficient and charge 600 its too high.

Most horrible hotel. Ac is not in working condition. Bathroom is fully occupied by cockroaches and other insects. Food quality is very poor and price is high. Room service was not done properly. Dont book this hotel.
