There are no signs in English. You can identify them by phone numbers and by the name in hieroglyphs in the armor. We checked in at 2 am. The staff doesn't understand a word of English) There is delivery to/from the airport. You can only order by calling the reception. I wrote a request to be picked up from the airport through the form on the website - there was no response... The car has 6 seats.
The hotel is quite tired... In general, everything is fine, but I had no desire to stay the second night) The Internet worked. Didn't use shower or air conditioning

Personally, the price is super high. We arrived at the front desk very late that night and the little brother was very patient. He helped us open the room and book the next day's drop-off.

🎉A good parent-child travel experience🥰
On the last day of the May 1st holiday, I went out on a staggered peak. I chose a two-bedroom compound. The environment is quiet and well-equipped. There is also an independent private soup pool in the small courtyard. It is suitable for family outings with the elderly and children.
Because it is the last day of the holiday, there are not many hotel guests. The swimming pool, hot spring, steaming and breakfast experience are very good. I have recommended it to many friends with children around me.

GGuest User位置佳，有一個很大的停車場，自駕方便。衞生很好，床品舒服，電視機很大，智能馬桶。酒店裝修很大氣，時尚，4瓶礦泉水，還送了水果及冰箱裏的飲料。酒店每位工作人員不論是什麼崗位，見到客人都問聲好，給人很温暖。最想感謝的是前台一個帥小夥小賈，看到有長者又有許多行李，在沒有其他客人並前台還有二位工作人員的情況下，主動走過來幫助我們拿行李並送到房間，晚上我想去停車場看看（聽説從酒店那層樓可直接進停車場），想走一走摸摸路線，以免第二天早上拿許多行李若找不到會很麻煩，我又去前台詢問停車場怎麼走，前台幾位工作人員都很熱情告訴我怎麼走，但她們説不明白的人不好找，這時，又是小賈説帶我們走一趟，我為感謝他，給他100元小費，他沒有收，説這是他的工作，應該做的。為這樣的好員工點贊👍也為貴酒店能培養出這麼優秀的員工點贊！

SSteveSuper nice rooms with an awesome atmosphere - probably the nicest in Yuanjiacun. The hotel manager was very nice and accommodating. She even helped us hold our suitcases on the day we left so that we could have some more food and fun without bringing everything around. The room was clean and showers had consistent hot water. Air conditioning worked well and the tatami was comfortable. My only complaint was the smell of old smoke in the room but all hotels in Yuanjiacun are smoking so I guess that can’t be helped. Overall great stay and would choose this place again.

The sheets were very comfortable. The bathroom had no smell. It was a few minutes away from the airport. The boss also provided pick-up service. I took a few pictures at random, the price is super high, I think this price is worth the price.
