The hotel looks modern from outside but beautiful classy style inside. Rooms are quite small but have elegance and are equiped with everything you need and very clean. VERY comfy bed and no noise or door slamming like in so many other hotels. Aircon can be adjusted and is not loud. Pool area has a small pool and very little sunchairs. But there is hardly any sun as the surrounding buildings often prevent the sun from shining to the pool area. Staff is very friendly (except for one (male with glasses) night auditor at reception (night from 1.-2. january, 2024) who wouldn' t even check capacity in the computer but instantly lied to my face stating to be fully booked when (at midnight) I asked in a friendly way about a late checkout for only 1 single hour the next morning. Even when I showed him I could still book 10 or more rooms on different hotel apps, he still wouldn't check his computer and insisted on his story and didn't move a finger stating not being able to grant a late check out. That's a complete no-go for a hotel like that, the more as I stayed with them several nights, and really ruins the friendly and hard work of his collegues who go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. Maybe the management should have a serious word with him or at least teach him how to lie better... ). Breakfast is a lovely buffet with western and asian food (450 THB if not included). Location is a 10 min walk to BTS station or to Silom Rd.

First stayed there 9 years ago and was amazed by its roomy interior and high-class neighborhood. I make a return this summer and still feel satisfied. Yet, the closest BTS is 15 to 20 mins away on foot. If you mind, don't choose it. Otherwise I recommend it without reservation.

The room is surprisingly spacious with good facilities. Hotel staff are nice, however, the location of the hotel would have traffic jam during peak hours.

The room was spacious enough for me to move around freely and featured a lovely view of the city skyline. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining it throughout my stay. One of the highlights of Bandara Suits Silom was undoubtedly the rooftop pool and lounge area. After a day of sightseeing and exploring the city, it was a blissful retreat to unwind and relax by the pool, enjoying the panoramic views of Bangkok's skyline. The poolside bar offered a variety of refreshing beverages, and the atmosphere was perfect for both solo travelers and couples. The hotel's dining options also left a lasting impression on me. The breakfast buffet featured a wide range of international and local dishes, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food was top-notch, and the attentive staff made sure that every guest had a pleasant dining experience. Loved it. Very good price. The staff was soooo nice! They served delicious food every day and the room service was great. I enjoyed using the gym as well. There's a 7 eleven right around the corner with ATMs. It is also right in front of a good cab spot. I would definitely prefer this hotel to anyone and I would come back again. 10/10

Fantastic experience. Hotel is absolutely stunning. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Very kids/baby friendly (i stayed with a 6month old and 7yr old), Milk bottle sterilizer was provided. Room is hygenic and they do room cleaning twice a day.

I’ve always loved staying at Furama Xclusive Sathorn. I love the big rooms with kitchenette. This time I booked a deluxe room, and though there was a kitchenette, there were no cutleries or plates. Also no microwave (there was one previously). Also when I asked for some pots to use on the stove, I was told by front desk that the kitchen facilities were only stocked for long term guests. It wasn’t the case previously. I think that’s quite unfortunate cos having the kitchen is one of the main draws of the hotel, at least for me. I love being able to packet my meals and heat them up in my room. However, I will definitely stay here again as I love the location, the friendly staff and that it’s quite an intimate hotel. Chong Nongsi BTS is just a short walk away, and there’s a lovely morning market nearby at Silom Soi 5 which sells great snacks/foods/desserts etc. Opens Mondays to Fridays 6am-2pm In conclusion, this is a value for money hotel and I would definitely recommend staying here

This is a high class, though somewhat ageing serviced apartment. Although it has a gym, a swimming pool and washing machines, it is not a hotel as it provides no other service, no breakfast, no room service. This means you will have to go out for every meal. There are plenty of restaurants, market stalls and take-aways in the vicinity, so this may not be a problem. In the apartment there is a kitchen with all the cooking equipment you will need. And cupboards, lots and lots of cupboards. Everywhere. The sitting room is nice, the TV channel selection reasonable, though the table/desk will barely accommodate two comfortably. Oddly, the bedroom and en-suite bathroom is the first room, then the kitchen, and then the sitting room, so as a whole it has a back-to-front feeling about it. It is decorated in what I would describe as a colonial style, reminiscent of Hong Kong. The furnishings are ageing, though not musty. Strangely, the reception will ask for ß3,000 as a deposit and when you get into the apartment, you will wonder if you should photograph it in the state you got it—there is graffiti on the desk, cracked tiles, marks on the walls, etc., but they don’t make a fuss about checking the state of things on check-out. It seems more to do with items you might steal, though believe me, there’s nothing worth stealing: the linens and towels, etc are decidedly second rate. The bed is comfortable enough however, though it is situated right on the corridor, so you can be heard easily by passers by. The sliding bathroom door is heavy and will slam, and if the guests upstairs do this, you will be woken by what sounds like a cannonball being dropped on the floor. You’ll hear their water rushing through the ancient pipes too.
