入住整體體驗感很不錯，早飯豐盛，停車便利，環境舒適安靜，由於帶着長者出行，前台小姐姐幫我們儘量安排在了一起。在入住和睡前，都有提供暖心水果和睡前牛奶，也十分感謝酒店服務人員們，印象特別深的是潘芬和張美麗的服務，讓我們感覺十分暖心～
就是唯一感覺有點遺憾的是我們睡覺可能偏靜，感覺隔音效果稍微有點兒明顯。

酒店的位置很好，周圍有很多吃飯的地方，離大商場比較近。服務態度不錯，每天送水果點心。早餐種類不太多，能吃飽。酒店停車場的車位比較多，但白天停的車多，找車位不容易。

酒店設施不錯，尤其是淋浴用水是軟化的熱泉水，而且噴頭出水很猛，淋浴感覺非常好。另外酒店的汗蒸水療服務很好，儘管我沒有時間享用，但是去看過，有家庭出遊的推薦此酒店。再者酒店位置是保定中心地帶，周圍是保百購物中心和北國先天下，餐飲和購物都非常方便。總體推薦。

房間設施很好，夜宵和早餐自助餐很豐盛，服務很到位，特別是張新莉、郭妍、楊丹這三位大姐，任勞任怨幫我們拿東西，晚上還送上貼心的助眠熱牛奶，離店前台還送我們小手信，體驗真好。
