酒店由原來的怒江糖廠改建，打造出濃郁的泰國風情。不管是裝修，還是環境，還是周邊的人文，都能夠讓你有身處異國的感覺。
房間寬敞舒適、自助餐豐盛、温泉舒服……這些都是毋庸置疑的優點！
但是，弊端也是非常顯而易見的。
首先是酒店的定位不是很清晰，到底是要打造老年人的康養，還是中年人親子度假，還是年輕人的網紅娛樂? 宜人的環境卻全天播放高分貝的搖滾，全是孩子的沖浪池舞台上都是抖胸扭臀的熱舞小姐姐……
其次是交通真的非常不方便，非自駕的勸退。入駐期間需要到距離酒店5.5公里的小鎮上去做核酸，酒店不提供任何車輛，讓自費乘坐獨家合作網約車，100元一趟；離店到距離酒店65公里的縣城坐高鐵，攜程、高德都打不到車，最後還是衹能坐那個獨家網約車，248元一趟；價格高點我也認了，約的十二點四十，中間無數次電話催司機，最後到了一點五十才姍姍來遲，一路超速行駛，高鐵開車前2分鐘才驚險的趕到車站。

酒店意在打造滇西小泰國，環境、佈景、裝飾也確實可圈可點，非常泰國，但服務方面差強人意，希望酒店方多向知名度假村考察學習管理經驗，加強對服務人員的培訓。
單説下温泉中心的遭遇：先是被工作人員告知要在房間換好泳衣再穿着房間的浴袍過來。這本來沒有問題。換好衣服再到温泉中心後服務員既不告知要從兩邊通過更衣室存放浴袍順便拿浴巾進入温泉區，也未主動提供更衣箱鑰匙。幸虧前一天在騰沖泡過温泉，知道大概流程。既然這裏和其他温泉一樣泡完可以洗澡換衣，又為何要客人換了泳衣再過來？難道因為我們去時距温泉中心結束營業還有一個多小時，不想我們洗澡耽誤工作人員下班？
本人不是雲南本地人，不瞭解為何這裏離騰沖不遠卻比騰沖熱好多，尤其晚上泡温泉一點也不涼，但是蚊子太多，泡在水裡的部分也會挨咬。
酒店的餐廳菜品味道好，價格合理，性價比不錯，住一兩天的話沒必要開車出去吃飯。

酒店在高黎貢山腳，怒江的邊上，風格很有東南亞的感覺，環境舒適，房間乾淨，温泉體驗度挺好，算是保山市不錯的酒店。

從寶山市區開車過來要一個半小時 ，酒店的庭院規模很大。 前台服務的很一般。 標準雙人間面積非常狹小， 沒有放行李的位置 ，行李放在地上，整個房間就沒有走動的空間了，不建議雙人住這個房型。 後來不得已改訂套房，但是空間也非常狹小，也沒有安放行李的位置，衹能放在沙發上 。衞生間乾濕不分，洗完澡整個衞生間地面全是水 。雖然是個度假酒店，但是房型規劃的很不好用 。温泉實際上也是熱水。

值得推薦，性價比很高！本來是來買咖啡路過的，毫不猶豫住了一晚，晚上酒吧的小夥唱歌不錯的，聲音好聽。温泉也不錯

這個酒店真是此行住的最超值的一個酒店了，這麼便宜的價格還包含了室外温泉和游泳，泳池還分小童區和造浪區，酒店房間也乾淨整潔，整個酒店在一個大景區裏，有餐廳和小超市，還有條河，大片的草地和田園風光，簡直是度假不二之選！就是酒店太大服務員基本看不到，就不用説服務了！另外酒店裡有很多龍眼樹，我們8月初去的，樹上節滿了龍眼，可以隨便吃！

晚上住在裏面但是不讓進，結果一大早看到園區很多人的車都在裏面，一問也是遊客，不是很理解這個規則。保安服務態度不好，總感覺像欠他們錢一樣的。
前台還可以，我們晚上10點到沒有泡上温泉，安排了第二天給我們。早餐的米線很不錯，有酸菜或者牛肉的，但是大家可以點酸菜牛肉的（隱藏菜單）
住的獨棟別墅，有3間房，有一間馬桶很容易堵，後來淋浴間也堵了，大晚上可以幫助我們換一棟，但是我們有幾個人，實在太麻煩就沒換……
整體環境不錯的，也很好拍照，温泉也還可以，國慶節聽説花都會開，還有更多的活動，改善一下門口保安的服務，和房間下水的質量，堪稱完美。
