We stayed in a First Wish Suite and were very impressed by its size and comfort. We had a comfortable king size bed with easy access to controls for lighting and blinds. There was also a small dining area in the room, which made it very comfortable for us to eat during our 5-night stay. The bathroom was huge and had every amenity with separate stalls for the toilet and the shower (although there were no locks on the doors). There were two sinks and a bathtub as well. The hotel has a small pool with lounge chairs and also has a spa. The spa was only open from 3 - 8 PM and it was difficult to get treatments there; however, the amenities of the spa were excellent. There was a large indoor pool with many different features, a sauna, a steamroom, an ice room and a salt room. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We loved Isaac at the concierge! The main reasons that I gave this hotel ”very good” rather than ”excellent” was because of the location. It was not near La Rambla and the old city of Barcelona. It was easy to take the Metro to get to the central areas, but we did not have the experience of being able to walk out the door to the center of town. Additionally, I felt that the lobby was small and did not have the feel of a 5 star hotel. Overall, this hotel has many excellent features and I would recommend it.

The breakfast was very good, each person could order a main course, and there were also some buffet items. We arrived just after check-in time to find only two working at their reception desk. Each with guests and one ahead of us in line. We waited patiently for around 10 minutes as they slowly managed to complete the check in of one. In that time the line had grown with 8 more guests waiting behind me to check in as well. I was next to check in, or thought I was, but an additional check in person stepped up to another station to help. But instead of asking for the next one he just helped an impatient guest waiting off to the side instead, making me wait almost 20 minutes just to check in. And beyond just changing you for the room they take a deposit, which I never had happen to me before. I have had hotels put credit cards on file but not actual deposits on top of the room charge. After we got to the room, had a lovely view but the windows were very dirty and couldn’t even take good pictures from it. Then after getting back from going out and about we found the phone and tv were dead. So no room service available or entertainment in our room . I went down to the front desk and asked about it and they said the whole building was out and there was nothing they could do. After we went to bed we were awoken by a maintenance man at 12:30 at night asking to fix our tv. I told him we were sleeping. I was so upset they would even think to send someone at that time of night, when I didn’t even ask them to come, I could hardly sleep after that. I went to the front desk the next morning to ask them about resending the maintenance man back to the room while we were out but they explained the whole building phone and tv was still out. I then asked why they would send someone to fix our tv in the middle of the night. They had no explanation. As of our last night here still no tv, phone, or room service. They have no estimate on when it might come back. For what I thought was a higher end hotel their customer service is lacking and maintenance of their building sub-standard.

Had a very good experience here. Not a bad walk from Barcelona-Sants, and the lobby is very chill, comfortable, and a great place to cool down. They have fresh water and candy for anybody rolling in. The concierge all spoke English, which was a huge help to me, and though I arrived two hours early, they got me a room immediately (albeit at a 10 euro extra cost). The room was quite nice and I had no noise issues whatsoever; surprising given how busy the main road was, but luckily I was not overlooking it. I wish it didn't cost extra to get the 'fast' internet - and there was a hiccup with neither concierge knowing how to switch from the regular to the fast after already signing up for the regular - but that was a tiny speedbump in the experience as a whole. Would certainly go back, and would recommend this place to anyone.

Convenient communication, very close to Diagonal Street, about 5 minutes walk, subway, bus are nearby. City tour Bus is right next to the hotel. The hotel's restaurant is also good, a good breakfast, about 10 euros. The room bathroom is large, but the room is not big but it is enough, very clean. The waiter is of high quality and thoughtful service. In short, the hotel location is very good, safe and convenient.

For a travel on budget, the accommodation suffices. I took a single studio room and it had a basic bed, a working table and an attached bath-all good to crash for a couple of nights. But considering what it charges, there’s enough scope for improvement and adding services. The front desk is 24*7 and the staff by and large helpful. One thing I really liked was that the property was very responsive to emails (used booking.com) for all questions I had prior to check-in. The room is small but the air-conditioner is a saver in the hot climate. It was quite powerful too. I wish they had a couple of pillows more in the room and at least one comforter which all properties anyway provide. The breakfast is complimentary but repetitive, with limited choices. I found it boring and dull. Loved the location of the property. Just 10 mins walk to Maria Cristina train stop and since I had the Hola Barcelona card, could use all the public transportation at ease. Overall, given the hotel prices in central Barcelona, this is a good choice for few nights. The swimming pool was the icing on the cake !

Inizio col dire si tratta di un ostello quindi il mio giudizio si basa su questa premessa. Con un amico ho trascorso qui 2 notti, ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La nostra stanza era una tre posti (con letto a castello a scomparsa) molto piccola, con un bagno micro, ma pulita, funzionale e con tutto (armadio, tante prese elettriche, aria condizionata). La posizione è eccezionale, a 30 metri dalla metro e da un supermercato e si trova su una via piena di ristoranti. Il titolare Pedro un mito, parla benissimo l'italiano e la mattina fa da barman preparando anche la colazione compresa nel prezzo (panino + muffin + caffè/cappuccino e al tavolo si trovano marmellata, crema di nocciole spalmamabile e formaggini). Per chi non ha grandi pretese e sa di trascorrere in camera solo il tempo di dormire è una soluzione ideale, economica, ripeto pulita e silenziosa (non abbiamo avuto problemi di chiasso). Bravo Pedro e grazie ancora!

I stayed here for 5 nights and the room was very clean, pleasant and with air conditing, which was needed in his heat and humitidy. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The whole area is beautiful, and the pool was never too busy. We had wonderful views of the top of Tibidabu from both our room and the pool. The staff were so helpful and there were no issues communicating, despite my limited Spanish! The glass at the front of the building could do with a clean, but honestly, that is the only thing I could say that was negative. My window in my room was very clear and clean! I would definitely come back again. There is easy access to both trains and busses and a coffee shop, convenience store and pharmacy just a couple of blocks away. The old town is beautiful and less than 5 minutes away. I would come here again.
