Sercotel properties in Barcelonès

At first, we were given a room on the first floor, which was very dark, with a view over the roof. The bathroom had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals that could not be aired out, so we asked for a room change. We were then moved to the third floor, which was much better – brighter, with a view of the street, and generally fine. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. There was a lot of dust in less visible places, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and both the shower and bathtub would benefit from a thorough cleaning and refresh. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Breakfasts were very tasty, although we missed having fresh vegetables.

【The Best Hotel for an Unforgettable Barcelona Experience】 Without a doubt, the greatest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the Sagrada Familia. While some rooms offer Sagrada Familia views, mine was on the opposite side. However, the hotel boasts a rooftop bar. Guests can access it for free during operating hours just to take photos, or, if there are open seats, they can order drinks and food and enjoy the Sagrada Familia view! I was lucky enough to enjoy a beer with some Jamón Serrano and tomato bread during my visit. The view of the Sagrada Familia from this rooftop bar is truly stunning and unforgettable; it made my trip to Barcelona feel incredibly worthwhile!! The hotel rooms are also spacious and comfortable. Amenities provided include toothbrushes, combs, and shower caps. The soundproofing from the hallway and neighboring rooms seemed excellent as well. The room rate is on the higher side for Barcelona, but considering the immediate access to such a spectacular view, I’d say it's well worth it.

Very nice hotel, modern, clean, nothing to complain about, would recommend. Just a bit difficult to park; struggled to find the parking and once I did, by chance, it was 24 euros a night. Breakfast was decent.
