I'm thrilled with this hotel; I didn't expect such a high standard, even though I read the reviews beforehand. When I checked in, I even thought it was a 5-star hotel. I give it a 10 out of 10. Excellent hotel, location, transport accessibility, shops and cafes, etc. Tomorrow is a whole other art form. The food was delicious, filling, and varied. I definitely recommend it. I'll definitely be back.

It is convenient to go to the airport. You can use the bus card to take bus No. 200 directly to any passenger terminal.
Although the breakfast is relatively simple, it is cost-effective among similar hotels in Madrid.

The biggest disappointment is that there is no sauna. Breakfast is okayish, small variety but tasty anyways.

During lunch time there is no food around in walking distance.

Free airport shuttle and 10 minutes walk to a nearest metro station.

Overall fine for a few nights between connecting flights.

It was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was very convenient, with a microwave, induction cooker, cooking utensils, tableware, a refrigerator, detergent, etc. The room smelled good and felt clean. It was inconvenient that there were only a few electrical outlets in odd positions, not next to the bed.

The front desk staff was excellent. I arrived early, and since a room was available, they kindly offered me a complimentary early check-in. I truly appreciated their flexibility.

The room door was a bit tricky. After swiping the key card, you needed to push it quite firmly to open it. I struggled to open it a couple of times, thinking it was faulty. I eventually called the front desk, and they clarified that I simply wasn't pushing hard enough.

Guests can go up to the rooftop terrace without a reservation to take photos, offering fantastic views of the Sagrada Familia. The hotel's close proximity to Sagrada Familia also means you can easily visit in the morning to capture its reflection.

At first, we were given a room on the first floor, which was very dark, with a view over the roof. The bathroom had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals that could not be aired out, so we asked for a room change. We were then moved to the third floor, which was much better – brighter, with a view of the street, and generally fine.

However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. There was a lot of dust in less visible places, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and both the shower and bathtub would benefit from a thorough cleaning and refresh.

Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Breakfasts were very tasty, although we missed having fresh vegetables.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 3 nuits, et pour le prix que nous avons payé, nous avons été fortement déçus. 

Points négatifs : 

- L’insonorisation est inexistante, l’hôtel est très bruyant. Les bruits de l’extérieur ( donc la circulation et la rue ), alors que nous étions au 5eme étage… et les bruits dans le couloir et dans les autres chambres. Nous avons été réveillés 2 nuits / 3 en plein milieu de la nuit par des personnes qui entraient dans leur chambre à 4h du matin…

- La piscine est minuscule, elle fait 2m sur 2m pour 1m de profondeur. De plus elle n’est pas chauffée. Et pour finir il y a seulement 4 transats. 

- Le lavabo de la salle de bain été bouché. 

- La clim ne fonctionnait pas. Elle était affreusement bruyante, et ne refroidissait pas. Nous l’avons signalé 2 fois à la réception, qui a fait semblant d’en avoir quelque chose à faire… En me disant clairement que « c’était normal »
En plein mois d’août c’était vraiment pas terrible… 

- Les cartes pour entrer dans la chambre ne fonctionnaient qu’une fois / 5. Encore une fois, nous avons prévenu la réception, qui n’avait pas l’air surpris par ce problème. 

- L’amabilité du personnel, pas de bonjour ni de sourire, il faut les interpeller pour être calculé, c’est dommage. 

- Des bouteilles d’eau payantes dans le mini bar de la chambre alors qu’elles sont mises gratuitement à disposition dans la salle de sport !

Les points positifs : 

- La chambre était propre. 

- Une cafetière à l’accueil qui permet de prendre un café à emporter avant de quitter l’hôtel. 

- La salle de sport, bien que petite, mais avec le strict minimum était appréciable. 

- Le petit déjeuner est complet.

I didn't expect much from just staying one night, but it was the cleanest and most organized hotel I've ever stayed at during my 25-day trip to Europe. While the hotel is a bit dated, it's well-maintained, and what I most appreciated was its spotless cleanliness. The location was ideal, with restaurants and the main shopping street within a 5-10-minute walk, and the staff at the desk were friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering accommodations in Granada or those who are sensitive to cleanliness.

Location was fantastic, within the limits of the city centre and walking distance to everything including the Alhambra. Logistically it was just a bit too far for the long distance buses or train station but that's more to do with the layout of the city. The room was amazing - very generous sizing, quiet, light and comfortable. The bathroom itself was bigger than a hotel room for the same price in e.g. Paris. Check-in was a bit of a hassle as the place was not staffed round the clock but it was only a 5 min wait.

It was really the best. Everything about the location, service, and everything else was great. The room condition is the best, and if you stay as a family, two rooms can be connected as one lodging.
