This hotel is perfectly located for those planning to explore the region by train. It's also fine if you're driving, but parking costs €32 per day. It's clean, tidy, and very modern. Everything feels new and high-quality. Breakfast is good; nothing fancy, but it has everything you need. Regarding the front desk, the service depends on who's on shift. When I checked in, the young man was an absolute sweetheart! Super friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The woman, however, was quite negative about my English mistakes, which I don't think is necessary. I told her I was cold in my room, and she ignored it. When checking out, I mentioned I had a package in the freezer and another in the fridge. She brought just one from the freezer. I clarified that there was also one in the fridge, and then she brought the second. Dear employee, a little more warmth and hospitality would be appreciated. If working with different people isn't your thing, maybe consider another profession? Nonetheless, the hotel impressed me. I haven't seen such a modern hotel in Italy for a very long time, and the price was fair. The beds are super comfortable! The mattresses and pillows are amazing. One suggestion: make it possible to set the AC temperature a little higher for heating, and address the issue where the AC turns off as soon as you remove the key. This means that when you return in cold weather, the room takes a very long time to warm up. Also, because of this, slippers in the room would be great, as the floor gets icy cold. Despite these minor issues, I would happily return. This hotel is one of the best in Bari!

Phenomenal hotel!!  The staff are so lovely, caring and competent.  We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding.  Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights.  Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.   The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out.  Very easy private parking for only €10 per day.  The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari.  The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town.  Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer,  Free coffee in Italy!!!  Never heard of it!!  The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

New and very nice hotel. Very clean. Executive room well equipped and decorated in neutral tones. Lovely shower. Beautiful pool in season and beach just a few steps away. Perfect for visiting Fiera del Levante exhibition centre! Some rooms have pool and sea view. Construction in the area. Excellent breakfast with local products and fresh produce. Great stay!

We had high expectations for the stay and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT! When we entered the room (house) we were immediate impressed by the well designed and styled (in Matera sassi style) and furnished room that has THREE showers btw. We were also simultaneously greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful host — Juicy, who also recommended us some great restaurants and a good supermarket nearby. Definitely recommend all to stay here!

➡️ It's relatively close to the airport ✈️, and a taxi 🚕 costs about 28 euros. This is a great option if you're catching a flight the next day. Car rentals are available, and parking is available, but I'm not sure if it's free. ➡️ The hotel service is also good, and they offer assistance with taxis. ➡️ The room door doesn't require a key 🔑, but uses a combination lock. It's recommended to bring the combination paper with you when you check out 📝. ➡️ The room was really spacious, and the bed in the single room 🛏️ was also very large. However, the bathroom 🚽 was very small, and the shower room didn't have a door that closed.

Good location and easy self-checking system (info-support through the WhatsApp), comfortable room, air-conditioner was working perfect, coffee machine with capsules in room - is great possibility to wake up and get some energy) i can definitely recommend

The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night. The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari . I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!! I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble. I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! This spot is great and worth the price, but just a heads-up, you might have to share a room with some folks who aren’t the most pleasant company, like I did. Also, keep an eye out for the steps to get into the hostel because there’s no staff or front desk to check you in.
