"The location of the apartments is good, to the Basilica of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker min. 10-15 walk along the embankment. To the beach Pane e Pomodoro is also not so far, it is nice to walk along the embankment, and it is beautiful in Bari. The old town is nearby and all the shops. The check-in was interesting. At the beginning you had to register online, you receive a code, on the wall by the door there is a safe, you enter the code and take the keys, go into the common corridor near the apartment there is another safe there is also a key directly to your apartment. The room was clean, not to say that it is very cozy, but we only came there to sleep. There were no breakfasts. Otherwise, I liked everything. Thank you."

"Had higher hopes for this place. The room was nice. But the breakfest was horrible. order breakfest to the room, and they messed up the whole order. Was mas missing like 4-5 items and when we tryed to tell them through whatsup they told us they needed 30min for new eggs. And when they came up to the room 1 hour later. We didnt even get the right order again. They gave us this see the photo of the scramble eggs. Didnt even order that we order poached eggs, but they couldnt make it even though it was on the menu, but they said they had no chef at the place. And the funny thing is they wanted us to pay for it, even if we didnt order that. I told them i will refuse to pay for it and they said they couldnt do anything and gave me the number to the manager. He solved it smoothly and told us the breakfest was on the house due to all the fault. But due to this misstake i wouldnt recommend anyone to spend your money here. There are alot of better hotels for this price tag."

"There's a small balcony with views of the pool and the sea. Compared to other European hotels, the facilities are quite modern. The room even has slippers. Breakfast was a little limited, but there was plenty of time to eat. It's a two-minute walk to the beach."

"The hotel is new, so the service is still poor. When checking in, we were told that the reservation was not paid, although everything was paid for. And they could not resolve this issue for almost a day, they kept us in suspense because of this. The air conditioner sometimes worked, sometimes not. It could turn off by itself at night, and then turn on by itself. In the midst of the heat in August - this is unacceptable. It is very noisy with the window open. We liked the breakfasts. Nice view of the city at breakfast. The cleaners do not understand English. For some reason, they put one 0.5 l bottle of water for two guests, there were no slippers, towels leave lint, one blanket for two and also without a duvet cover, which is extremely inconvenient and only two sheets on top and bottom. These are the minuses. Pros - quite clean, nice room, good location, for an early check-out they gave us lunch boxes, helped call a taxi."

The service i received especially by Claudia on the desk was wonderful and she helped me with a map and everything for my stay. I review many hotels as travel alot and i can honestly say this was one of the best hotels i have stayed in for a long time. Bed good, room spotless, good breakfast and staff all super kind. Room also quite soundproof. I asked for a room Near to top floor which helped too. Have no hesitation on booking this hotel if unsure. I am a solo female traveller and felt super comfortable here."
