"Phenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options. The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options."

"The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the train station and on Bari's busiest pedestrian street, but the soundproofing is good so it's fairly quiet. Learning from the previous two experiences, this time I contacted the merchant a few hours in advance to submit the self-service check-in and get the password. I had a breakfast voucher, but I didn't take it because I had to catch a bus the next morning."

"The property is not in the city center (about 2 km), but it's within easy reach of the most popular coastal destinations (Polignano, Monopoli, and Bari Old Town). Welcoming and recently renovated, the rooms are minimal but meet all the requirements, including cleanliness! The staff is extremely friendly and always available, especially Mrs. Ivana! The prices are affordable and in line with the amenities (good breakfast). Closed parking is available for a daily fee, very convenient. I highly recommend it!"
