Fue un regalo para mi padre por sus 50 años y la pasó increíble. Dice que las instalaciones son impresionantes y la comida fue inigualable. ¡Y ni hablar del excelente servicio! La habitación estaba impecable y cada empleado era atento a cada una de sus necesidades. Realmente volvemos nuevamente y con mucha alegría. ¡Enhorabuena!

This was my first time visiting DR. I stayed at Riu in Punta Cana. This place is amazing the staff treated you like family I had so much fun I really enjoyed the adult pool with bar. The bartenders were awesome. If you ever go there, ask for David, he’s best ever your hands will never be empty lol.oh bring your own personal, cup. They’ll refill your cup all day Long with whatever you like to drink. That’s the best partl!!!! I love the food they have a breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet so many options and they also have five different restaurants to choose from. They have a lot of entertainment at night so much to do you’re never bored and if you have children, they definitely cater to the children. They have something for them to do all day and they have a nice waterpark. You can visit the other RIU, which are all walkable. This place is AMAZING!! I’m going back real soon!!!!

We researched plenty of all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and found the RIU Palace Punta Cana to be rated the best and most consistent for the money. We really were impressed by the courtesy and friendliness of all the staff we encountered. The property is well kept and offers plenty of food and drink options. Beach and all the pools were kept clean and we never had a problem finding beach chairs or loungers no matter what time of the day it was. The vendors combing the beach were courteous and would leave you alone with a simple no. Overall this was a great experience for us.

The property was nice. Lobby and food area very clean however the room could have been better. Bathroom was average room dated and little details was not attended to example bathroom had repair in shower and drywall was used. There was drywall that dripped on the shower wall glass door and floor of shower that was just left. The refrigerator needed cleaning and the beverage needed to be updated. Food was OK.

Best bang for your buck!
Really beautiful property, easy access to the most amazing beach, simply awesome food-the chefs will make a pasta right there to your liking, we dined in the
main dining area every night since the restaurants had a long wait everyday!

Riu Palace was beautiful and clean. Staff was very friendly, attentative, and professional. I will definitely be coming back for a family vacation next year!
