"My sister and I had the best time here at Le Blanc! I first found this hotel on Xiaohongshu/The Little Red Book and there were some mixed reviews, some said the hotel it self was a little outdated but overall still a beautiful hotel. I'm so glad I took a chance with this hotel because our stay was magical and we are definitely coming back in the future! Cons: Hotel is a little old, and rooms are not super clean but for this price, it's above expectations! Pros: 1. The staff is amazing! Everyone we meet has been super nice and warm to us. Especially our butlers Luis and Rodrigo, they were super attentive and went above and beyond with their service. All the staff were super nice and this is one of the reason I love this hotel. 2. The pools, bars, private beach are amazing for photos and relaxing; when we went, there were not many people so I loved the relaxed vibe. 3. The free events they hold changes everyday and are all worth going to!!! Our favorite was the fire show! Definitely attend as many events as possible, cause they are so worth it. 4. Our package also included free hydrotherapy and we literally went to this everyday when we had free time. It is a must try, so relaxing! We also had 500 hotel credit thanks to booking thru trip.com and we used all of that towards massages and they were amazing as well. 5. We chose the all inclusive option (drinks included) and tried all the restaurants. Overall the food is pretty good, and our favorite was Yama. The order of our preference: Yama, Bella, Le Blanc, Torraza, room service and Lumiere. Conclusion: Recommend!!!! We are definitely coming back!"

"A truly beautiful hotel with stunning white sand beaches, absolutely breathtaking. The service was excellent too. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated, but overall it's still great."

"The hotel itself is nice. Everything is clean. The pool is very nice. That's why I chose this hotel. But it's very far from everything: shops, cafes, and other entertainment. There was only one nearby, OXXO, and that was my saving grace. But there wasn't much to eat there. The hotel didn't provide any food either. They only offered a continental breakfast consisting of a bottle of coffee and juice. You can get this set at OXXO for much less."

"This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in Zone 7. I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive package, as the food is quite mediocre and not all restaurants are included – some require a multi-night stay. The beach, however, is lovely and has relatively few seaweed issues."

The shower water came out cold, the hot one came out, and the shower stopped several times, and the worst thing was that the water came out in a row Very unpleasant experience with shower Microwave cup port induction pot refrigerator etc Full option facilities are good The shower is replaced, so the water pressure is good, so it is necessary for guests to take a shower. I have to go to the airport, but the elevator is broken, so I hurried down the stairs. Wi-Fi only bursts in the lobby on the first floor and doesn't burst in the room. Cell phone box on the first floor. I wanted to see the picture, but I couldn't find the curtain at all. You have to sleep in a room with all the sunlight coming in so brightly. I tied room 703, and I covered the view with a wall on the left balcony. It would be better to get a room assignment with a view of Coco Bongo. My room was the end room, but the left side of the balcony blocked the view and the view was not visible."

"This is my third time visiting Cancun! The location is great, and the front desk staff are friendly. The food selection isn't huge, but they have all the essentials. Last night's dinner buffet and today's breakfast were good; the fried rice and beef tacos were particularly delicious! My room had a view of both the club zone and the ocean. There was loud music playing until early morning, but since I like music, it wasn't a big problem for me. However, if you're an early sleeper, I'd recommend avoiding rooms in that specific area."

"I was extremely satisfied with the hotel I booked this time. It offered incredible value for money. The beachfront king-size room was very close to the sea, and pictures 1, 2, and 6 show the view from the balcony. I could gaze at the ocean all day long and never get tired of it; the sea in Cancun is absolutely stunning, truly that jelly-like turquoise blue. The all-inclusive meal plan was fantastic. The hotel has many beautiful restaurants, and dining there was an experience in itself. Just be aware that for some popular restaurants, you need to book them as soon as you check in, otherwise, you won't be able to get a reservation later. If you enjoy drinks, it's even better, with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to choose from. Opting for the all-inclusive package was definitely a smart choice."

"I've been to dozens of Cancun all-inclusive resorts but there is no place like Temptation. We are American Asians in our late 20's and had a total blast at this place. Vibe- high energy party vibe with sexy employees and a topless optional pool. A totally carefree and relaxed environment for couples to getaway. Food- I read mixed reviews on food, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and options of food available! I had plenty of amazing dishes to try everyday. I loved their steak burger, octopus, shrimp cocktail, sushi and more. Drinks- also pleasantly surprised that there were a TON of choices and quality options like Don Julio, black label and more. Service- excellent service as you can expect from all inclusive hotels. I would give a shout-out to POLO who works the quiet pool bar. Everyone else was friendly and helpful too. Entertainment- yes to the SHE restaurant. Have a 5 star quality meal while watching talented dancers work the stage and pole. What an experience! Everyday in the late afternoon there is a show at the pool, and they are funny AF but very naughty. The crowd loved it and were totally down. Tips and Notes -its a naughty place. Sensual and sexual themes, smells, vibes are pervasive. There are attractive couples of all ages, many who may be open to naughty experiences together. Of course everything is up to you and everyone is respectful. But anything goes here, as long as it's in your own room. -tip everyone. It will enhance the workers life and enhance your service as well! -in bash tower balcony rooms you may see couples putting on a ”show”. We wanted to see something crazy so we booked this room and sure as heck, we saw plenty of action! -bash tower rooms give you access to the rooftop pool and hot tubs. Great for lunch and to getaway from the rowdy sexy pool. -bash night club is always poppin. It's an outdoor Vegas style club with a huge bar, led stage and amazing nightly performances from talented dancers. Don't miss it! -2 to 5 nights is sufficient here, or you might get partied out -there is a timeshare type of pitch at the beginning, we didn't do it but that's up to you. You get some freebies and there's no commitment so just depends on your time. -while there's a fair amount of younger people, the average is definitely in the 40s. I do wish there were more Asians at the resort as it skews white/Hispanic. They should make the prices on trip.com better in order to boost the Asian demographic presence. That's my only suggestion!"
