Poor software: 1. The room staff did not check the room status with the front desk, and directly swiped the card to enter the room, ignoring that there were people sleeping in the room; 2. The front desk staff seemed to be always asleep. When you talked to her, she always had a very indifferent tone. When you reported the problem of the room staff to her, she also replied in a daze, "I will tell the room." When I mentioned it again at the front desk to issue the invoice, another front desk was changed, and she said "sorry" without even looking up! Poor hardware: 1. The wires in the room are exposed, and the wiring troughs are not fixed; 2. The buttons of the TV set-top box remote control are not sensitive, and there is no back cover; 3. The sheets are stained and broken; 4. The wallpaper in the room has obvious signs of being blistered, the edges are cracked, and the ceiling is cracked and there is a risk of collapse; 5. The toilet seat in the bathroom is 3cm smaller than the toilet. Why install a toilet seat? Isn't it enough to sit on the toilet directly? 6. The second-floor rooms share a corridor with the restaurant. The drunkards were noisy in the restaurant late at night, pushing and shoving in the corridor, and talking loudly in the elevator lobby, which really affected my sleep! Advantages: The only advantage is that the room is really warm. There are not many hotels that are so warm when the heating is about to end. You can wear less in the room and not feel cold, but it is easy for the room attendant who breaks in to see it clearly!
