I heard that it is the Harbin Liaison Office in Beijing. It is already 2023. I have never stayed in a hotel with such old facilities and such poor conditions. It looks like an old guest house in the 1980s. The corridors are dark and the residents are miserable. I almost cried, so I checked out the next day and fled to the neighboring Ambassador Hotel.
