Overall good stay. Room is clean. There's a laundry room with 3 washers and 3 dryers but some guests just took our clothes out while they are being dried. Rooms are no smoking but some guests just do it anyway. The smell of cigarettes is everywhere from hallway to the pillows.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

到的時候是早上八點半，提前和酒店確定了可以提前入住，解決了拖着行李箱到處跑的煩惱，這點真的很暖心，這家酒店真是太棒了！從我們到達的那一刻起，就感受到了温馨的服務，前台的工作人員非常友好，總是樂於幫助解決我們的問題。位置優越，交通便利，房間採光好，明亮，安靜，衞生很乾凈，床墊很舒服。一樓還有健身房，洗衣房。水吧有免費的咖啡和奶茶 ！值得推薦！

安靜、雅緻、窗户寬敞明亮，房間整體乾淨整潔，床品很舒服
服務:
從前台到打掃阿姨服務態度都很熱情、禮貌，周到。
設施:
房間有冰箱，投屏電視，乾濕分離（三區）洗漱、衞生間、洗澡互補幹擾可同時進行，這點特別贊👍🏻，節省了很多時間。

真是一家寶藏級酒店 性價比超高一進大廳眼前一亮 寬敞舒適的休息區 還有就餐區 健身房 洗衣房一應俱全 服務人員熱情友好 前台自助飲品機 太棒了 牛街小吃就在旁邊 出去到故宮 頤和園 鑼鼓巷出門都有地鐵能直達下次來北京還住這裏

地鐵19號線C口出，走路幾分鐘就到了。酒店位於馬路南側小巷50米左右，獨棟上下四層，麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，各種基礎設施齊全。酒店去年11月份剛裝修營業，環境乾淨。房間每天都會主動打掃。服務很熱情。二環內寸土寸金，房間的面積很緊湊需要大家不時的整理行李不然影響你走動，😄。隔音不錯，沒有嘈雜聲。值得和大家聊聊的就是：我們是清明節假期定的五號入住，4號夜裡把行李寄存在酒店，早上看完升旗儀式，十點多回酒店大廳休息緩解一下。本來應該兩點才可以辦理入住的，酒店前台很貼心即時給我們辦理了入住，讓我們舒舒服服的補了一覺。不妄我在攜程和**裏選了幾天，最後定了它👍

離牛街19號線地鐵口大概是不到一個交通崗的距離，不遠，走路五分鐘，到牛街走路十分鐘左右。酒店前台在負一樓，但是客房都在樓上，有窗而且晚上很安靜，窗對面是居民區。前台和其他工作人員態度都很好！帶孩子去的還給了孩子的牙刷牙膏和小拖鞋，非常貼心！房間乾淨，裏面有小冰箱。衞生間和淋浴房是分開的。馬桶上還給放了消毒濕巾。住了兩天很滿意！下次去還會選擇這裏！
