Fast and early check-in. Nice staff. Comfortable beds, good sheets and towels. There is a microwave, boiler and refrigerator in the hall and an electric kettle in the room.
The hotel is very close to subway station and there's a supermarket on the ground floor with a food court.
Not much space in the room for three people. WiFi could be better.
No real bathroom! It's just part of the room separated with a glass door. It doesn't lock or even close properly. There is too little space in there and shower isn't separated from the toilet. After having shower there's water everywhere inside and outside the bathroom due to gaps. That's awful and very discomforting.

It is very good to have such a house near the Second Ring Road. There are three beds for three people, which just meets our requirement of sleeping separately. The only problem is that the room is not soundproof. You can hear any noise from the neighbors. But I am also used to wearing earplugs when I go out and stay in a hotel.
