首先地段好，臨近地壇和地鐵，價格也非常親民，沒住前有些懷疑，一度以為是副樓的價格，結果沒有副樓。黨房間有保險箱和小冰箱（天熱放點水果酸奶）很是方便。其次細節處很暖心，第一天有大桃子，房間裏還有針線包和方便袋。最後是隔音設施特別好，雖然臨街，但這幾天下來總感覺就衹我們一家入住。周圍吃的我很方便便宜，對面有個山西刀削麪，特別好吃特別實惠。唯一不足的就是衞生間洗手和上廁所的地有點擠。總體真是超讚，下次還會第一選擇。

環境舒適，非常乾淨，服務很好，小朋友特別喜歡每天贈送的小零食，地理位置方便，以後來北京還會選擇這家店！周圍吃飯也方便～雖然是老酒店，但是熱水空調等設施都還是很不錯的～價格也很合適。

酒店位置很好，緊臨地壇公園，距離雍和宮、國子監等景點都不遠，衹是趕上春節廟會，交通管制，這一點沒考慮到，平時來還是蠻不錯的，值得推薦。

房間設施比較舊，當然在北京算是還不錯的酒店了。樓下奶茶店很好。餐廳也不錯，味道正宗。

雖然好舊的設施但是沒有黴味異味，意外的好，位置方便設施齊全，樓下的海南餐廳跟咖啡都很有特色，特別是海南咖啡，鹹鹹的超好喝。門口是地鐵站，好方便，商務出差又走走逛逛首選。

距離地壇很近，附近還有個中糧置地廣場，餐飲比較豐富。酒店是個老式星級賓館，各方麪條件都沒問題，還有點懷舊風格。餐廳的海南菜味道不錯。

非常注意細節，小點心、水果、日常生活小物品，都準備很充分，可以看出老闆是細緻用心的人。離地鐵近，出行也很方便。靠近地壇公園，出去溜達溜達也是不錯的選擇。下次來北京，還會考慮入住。
