地理位置好，方便周邊差旅需求，住宿價格實惠但服務絲毫不打折扣。
設施：小度智能遙控，設施完備，可以解放雙手語音遠程遙控房間內的燈光和空調等。另有機器人配送服務。5樓有自助洗衣房和掛燙器可以自由使用。
衞生：每天都有清潔和更換，乾淨衞生，無異味。衞生間浴室乾濕分離，好評。
環境：靠近水屯社區，周圍生活便利，物價不貴且分量足，較為安靜。
服務：無論是前台服務人員還是保潔人員都十分熱情，會與旅客親切問候，盡心盡力解決旅客遇到的困難，五星好評！

服務：住過維也納，沒住過這麼差勁的維也納酒店，第一天定個商務大床房，床邊有個大朵子，跟前台商量了一下，不換房間稍微便宜了一點，送我兩張早餐卷，吃完早餐居然告訴我把房間記錯了 ❗️我説怎麼送早餐卷這麼痛快，啥菜沒有 連牛奶都沒有❗️吃完飯前台攔住我説還得補交十五元，告訴我是前台價格貴 衹能按照網上的價格給你 也沒説什麼，第三天要續住的時候居然告訴我續住不了 衹能換成標間 給我的理由是大床已經訂出去了，週六日你們漲價可以理解，但是你要問一下客人續住不續住吧 ，我想請問商家，這就是待客之道？真心不推薦❗️

新酒店 整體還是很不錯 衞生也可以 服務也很好 還給免費做了房型升級 性價比可以説滿分了！房間也有智能操控的小度 就是好像不太靈敏 要是酒店還配備小機器人就好了 外賣還是得自己下樓去前台取

新開的酒店，衞生環境方面挺不錯的！停車很方便，有自己的停車場！特別好！
不好的地方就是前台接待，我在攜程上的訂單確認了升房和延時。可我在辦理入住的時候，並沒有給我升房和延時，有意思的是在我前面辦理入住的客人前台還贈送了升房和延時。呵呵！沒升房我無所謂，我和前台説了我的訂單有延時，他更有意思的説您是想要讓我把房卡辦成是兩點退房的？這話讓人聽着真的特別彆扭！然後他説幫我做了延時，可第二天快十二點的時候前台又打來電話提醒我十二點退房！
