We immensely enjoyed our holiday; the food was delightful, the staff were friendly, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to the Guest Relations Department for their exceptional assistance during our stay. We will enthusiastically recommend this hotel to our friends.

We were there in January. Of course, we didn’t expect to see all the delights of the hotel territory, but we note that the heated pool was working and waiters served. It was a shame that despite the good sunny weather there were no outdoor activities for the children, everything was done indoors. I can’t say anything bad about this part (children’s animation), but there’s not much good either (saturation is sp****, empty time is filled with watching cartoons or the console, animators often sit on the phone and, in short, everything was somehow relaxed). We went to Land of Legends, it was cool, but there are few attractions for children under 130cm tall. There are no questions about the food, everything is delicious, sometimes some products disappeared from the shelves and did not appear for a long time. The water park is under renovation, we don’t know what or how it will work in the summer. The service staff is good, everyone is kind and helpful.

İki aile konakladık herşeye kolaylıkla ulaşabildik. İlk kez bir otelde şezlong sıkıntısı çekmedik. Yemekler güzeldi sürekli yedik diyebilirim. Pizza denemenizi tavsiye ederim. Eksiklikler vardı evet ama göze batmadı söylediğimizde hemen halledildi. Animasyondaki gençler de çok ilgili garsonlar ellerinden geldiğince yardımcılar. Misafir ilişkileri de çok ilgili her konuda yardım ediyorlar. Güzel bir tatil geçirirsiniz.

When I close my eyes and throw away my glasses i will give this hotel max 3+* When have you ever been in Turkey 5* hotel you cant it compare. Interiers- looks old 5/10 Rooms - after reconstruction, nice,small with really small bathroom and balcony 7/10 / you cant sit there, max 1person at balcony/ - funny: one day come back from the beach and we didnt find the door from the bath corner.. We call to reception: yes we take them... No information why , No apologize , when they bring it back... Staff- bar & restaurant very kindly, 10/10 Reception- we had 2x luck that we speak with lady who's english was very bad we think that she is able to speak just with russian customers and we needed to wait for another person. 2) when you arrive at 2am and they know that there will be customer 2+1, its shame that room isnt ready. And you need to call to reception to ask to prepare one bed more. 6/10 Food - Im very sorry but it was terrible. 3/10. Pools- big and clean. To take sunbed you need to be there at 6 45am. BUT OK its worldwide folklore.... 1) Water slides- AMO they are built for children under 8 and many years ago. No fun for older. 2 I don't understand how there can be less sunbeds than hotel visitors... I meant that they are all occupied both on the beach and by the pool. The employee's answer, is it possible to bring 2 extra sunbeds somewhere, and I don't mean 1-2 rows by the pool or on the beach: you have to arrive early.. 6/10. Beach-Garden. 10/10 - you can have sunbeds under palms trees - clean - sand. Maybe inside the sea is 1m part of stones but nothing special - you dont need any shoes to go to water as they say. Animation+kids club+ night program 6/10/8. Nothing special but good standart. Question- will i come back here. Answer is Absolutely NO.

Hotel Belconti is an amazing place.There is a lot of to discover.We were satisfied with almoust everything.Rooms were big enought,properly and regulary cleaned.The food was good taste,and even if we were expecting more of international food,it was a chance to try traditional turkish food. Hotel staff was kind and helpfull whenever needed. Especially I would like to highlight the members of Animation team in Mini Club - Assiya,Maria and Nass.This girls can speak fluent english,russian,or german so as to agree with all children.Their kind behavior creates a realy friendly atmosphere throught the day.Program in miniclub was good managed,and ever day different,so no child could be bored. Mini disco in the evening was regulary top of day for our children (4 and 6 YO).They just loved it because girls from animation team made it full of fun. I suggest to everyone to travel to Turkey,especially in september and i rate hotel Belconti as a really good choice.

Perfect holiday trip from cold London! The service staff has a good attitude and is very enthusiastic. The hotel has rich food and the outdoor swimming pool is also at a constant temperature.

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. I am impressed with the services provided in this resort. The cleanliness and the variety of food is very good.. All the day and evening activities are very excellent and interesting.. The reception staff and the staff of restaurants and swimming pools are all excellent. I hope to visit this wonderful place as soon as possible.
