Hygiene: Very clean, compared to other similarly priced hotels in Europe, it is simply invincible. I really like the atmosphere of the hall. Service: The service is considerate and humanized. The staff of the entire hotel are very friendly. We stayed for more than a week. On the first day we went, they immediately changed our room because of a small problem with the room. They also gave us dessert drinks for several days in a row. There are also resident singers performing on Friday nights. Like 👍 Facilities: It is very close to the city center and can be reached on foot.

We recently stayed at Hilton Belgrade and our experience was amazing! The hotel itself was great. The service is superb. We arrived very early at 6:00 AM and we didn’t expect our room to be ready until they normal check in time, which was afternoon . But we asked if by any chance they could check us in at the earlier time. The hotel was totally booked and we knew we had to wait. The only think they sad , that if room becomes available we will be on the priority line. In almost 1 hour they gave us the key to our room. The staff in the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. They made our stay more pleasant than it already was. Hilton Belgrade is located in the center of the city and it’s a walking distance to the old town. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to visit Belgrade to stay in the Hilton Belgrade. Thank you to everyone who helped us enjoy the stay.

The service was very good. The concierge Nemanja was extremely helpful! He helped me book a good day trip and provided many good travel tips. The front desk staff were also friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that the hotel uses Clarins for bathroom products, which is very nice! However, a couple of things could be improved: the queen bed is made of two single beds, which is uncomfortable; the breakfast was average; the slippers provided were not comfortable. Overall, the hotel met expectations of a five-star hotel, and I have no major complaints.

To be honest, the facade and lobby are better, the room is very general, there is a pile of no nutritious things on the room table, the price is not cheap, more than 200 euros, the room water is not, there are two small bottles of water at the bedside before bed, almost a few mouths are gone. It is that you don't have a bottle of water when you check in, and you can only get water when you sleep. The room toiletries are Hermès. Many people have seen it and are attracted. The room looks out and there is nothing. The front desk calls without any use. Then the sauna is closed and none is opened. The waiter in the sauna can't speak English, and he said that it was turned off for a long time. The whole stay is really not good! ! !

Nice 'vintage' style hotel in a central part of town opposite a calm park.The center is at walking distance and the hotel isn't exactly on the heart of the city.Very clean although a bit outdated and great staff with notable ”Tamara'' from the breakfast team. Only annoying thing is that last morning we were in ahurry to leave and the housekeeping was keeping the elevator so long we had to go down the stairs with our luggages.

The hotel is clean and beautifully worked with a smile.You can go to Mihailova street by bus 31 very far or by taxi to 600 dinars.A little short of the center.There is a living room and bedroom in the rooms.Balcony.Breakfast The food usually goes out the same things already happen in the city hotels.There are crusher, eggs and eggs with olive cheese fruit, etc. If we were here at the hour, the coffee was finished. The filter coffee machine is very slowly waiting for it. The fruits have not been added for two days, but. room cleaning is done daily. I recommend to those who stay.

We stayed at Crystal for 3 nights. It was a choice of our travel agency. The hotel is a few meters from St. Savvas temple. The main city is 5’-10’ walk by feet. Stuff was very friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. The room was astonishing! Large double bed with comfort layer. Everyday cleaning and towel changing. Breakfast over the average. Plenty of choices, with variety of universal and traditional products. Also the place where the breakfast served was very cozy with tables and sofas. I suggest Crystal 100% Next time we try their cuisine by booking a table in their restaurant at the top floor.

Interior of the hotel is very nice, much improved since the last time. And the price for the location like that is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised and I actually like the hotel very much. We stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. Location wise, the hotel is in the old city and is a drive away from the city centre. We arrived by coach and the streets are narrow so we had to unload everything quickly. The hotel is a fairly modern building. Check in was fairly quick, even for a large group of people. Our room was on the first floor and there was one lift or stairs to take. Our triple room was a good size and was fairly modern. Everything was clean and tidy, the air con worked well and the beds were comfy. There were only 2 of us staying in a triple room, but even with a third, you would probably just about have enough space for your luggage without being on top of one another. The bathroom was also relatively large and had a big shower. The main talking point for most of us was the fact there was a glass wall between the bedroom and shower. Luckily, there's an automatic blind that you can raise and lower depending on how much privacy / how well you know your roommate! The towels were all clean and fluffy, the hot water was good and so was the water pressure. The wifi was good. The signal was relatively strong and it was fairly quick. Breakfast was downstairs, past reception. There was a good choice of hot food items (meat and eggs), toasts, cereals and other Continental options, plus fruits, dates, muffins etc. Drinks wise there were juices, coffees, teas etc. In the evening, we went up to the rooftop bar which had great views over the city. There were thunderstorms several miles away which we had a fantastic view of, all whilst sat outside as the rain wasn't falling in Belgrade! We were able to take our own drinks upstairs as the bar had closed and they were fine with that. There are a couple of restaurants near the hotel and if you walk down the hill (3 or 4 blocks) then turn right, there's a small corner shop selling water etc. Overall, I really enjoyed our stay here as the hotel was fairly modern, with good facilities.

While the decor was modern and the cleanliness satisfactory, there were many aspects of the experience that fell short of expectations. Firstly, the absence of appropriately sized cups for the coffee machine was a notable inconvenience. Despite providing coffee, the lack of corresponding cups rendered the machine unusable, which was disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom amenities were subpar, resembling cheap, generic products found in supermarkets rather than the expected quality of hotel-grade toiletries. However, what truly exacerbated our dissatisfaction was the poor service attitude demonstrated by the host. When we communicated our delayed arrival due to a flight delay, the host abruptly ended the call midway through our conversation, displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore, the inconsistency regarding the checkout time was deeply frustrating. Initially informed of a 2:00 PM checkout, we were later informed of a revised time of 12:20 PM, with the host confusing the pronunciation of ‘2’ and ‘12’. During our attempts to clarify this discrepancy, the host abruptly terminated the call, leaving my girlfriend and me feeling rushed and unduly pressured to vacate the premises. Overall, while certain aspects of the accommodation were satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by inadequate amenities and unprofessional service.
