They have a fully equipped kitchen and fridge so you can cook, also provided free coffee and tea, the lounge area really helped me when I arrived early in the morning and needed a warm place to nap. The staff were very nice and gave full introduction of facilities to every guest. There’re also transport stops and a big supermarket nearby."

It's incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and transportation. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. The TV even displayed my name with a welcome message upon turning it on. The front desk service was enthusiastic, and they offered free luggage storage. Although the restaurant is small, the breakfast was abundant and delicious. The price is moderate, offering good value for money. Highly recommended."

"An exceptionally high-standard five-star hotel. The service and quality exceeded all expectations – truly impressive. Everything in the minibar was complimentary, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is very new, and everything felt fresh and pristine. They provide high-quality toiletries and even a Dyson hairdryer. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. We had a wonderful four-day stay here. If we get the chance to return, we will definitely choose this hotel again. Highly, highly recommend it!"

The rooftop restaurant is fantastic, but make sure to make a reservation. The swimming pool is an amazing spot to unwind. I absolutely love this hotel and highly recommend it!"

The hotel has a kind of old-fashioned and old-money look to it, bathing in history, and so as one could expect from such, it could use a bit of renovation here and there. It really is a good and well-deserved 4-star hotel for sure, for Western European standards. But overall, we had a very pleasant stay, with a very nice breakfast to start off the day. For sure, an unbeatable value for money for such a great hotel in Belgrade.I will 100% come back and recommend this hotel, either for leisure or even for work trips."

Every member of staff I interacted with was professional, genuinely friendly and attentive."

"The receptionist was pretty, but the service was so-so. I went on a Saturday, which is their bar's opening hours, but they told me it was closed. They called me repeatedly to cancel my two-day reservation, and even asked me to pay the city tax after I'd already paid it. They didn't coordinate things properly. Overall, it was okay, and cheap."
