We went here directly from the Ibis in Vitoria which was amazing! Well....that can’t be said for this one. I checked in prior to arriving ‘because it would save time’ I was told on my email...errr, no it won’t, so don’t waste yours. The receptionist didn’t speak English. Well that’s ok because we’re not Brazilian and no other hotel speaks English either and we managed but Ibis states they do, so it’s a bonus. And in Vitoria everyone spoke English and were so helpful. There was someone in the office who came out and said in English we’d have to wait. After 15 mins waiting for the people in front to be sorted, the English speaking person came out and started checking us in. I explained that I’d done this online. Was told it didn’t matter, he still had to do it. Breakfast, that was a fiasco. We’d paid for this so went into the restaurant to be told we needed something. What? Tokens...the receptionist didn’t really believe we weren’t given them at check in. Breakfast: stale bread, stale cake, flies on food. The taxis outside are intimidating and take up all the space outside restricting you getting another lift from elsewhere. On leaving, all the vehicular entrances and exits were obstructed by several coaches unloading children. Would I recommend this one? No! There’s another couple in belo Horizonte to choose from.

We were attended by Jessica Dias with great education and sympathy, and it was efficient, clear in the explanations, very smart. The hotel Ibis is in congratulations for its service, including the fax machines that were serviced with sympathy and good humor, unfortunately I don't know their names. Thank you. O hostel é super bem localizado na Savassi, a uns 5min do centro de BH, a pé. Fica a apenas 1 quadra do Circuito Liberdade (Museus, imensa praça planejada, Palácio do Governador..) e a 2 quadras da famosa Praça da Savassi, ambos excelentes passeios e com diversos bares e entretenimento, de alta qualidade. O staff do hostel é primoroso! Super prestativos, gente boas d+ e deixa o hóspede tão  vontade como se fosse nossa própria casa. Excelentes áreas comuns, como: sala de TV (tem até um Mario Kart, kk), área de café, uma charmosa varanda e... um porão! com fliperama, música e iluminação modernas!! Ótima opção de integração e para conhecer uma enorme parte dos hóspedes, que, aliás, sempre têm diversas nacionalidades. Lógico, e nessa parte, tem 1 ponto: às vezes tem colegas de hostel bons demais, outras vezes, os colegas são mais do que excelentes!!! haha Tem maleiro próprio para cada hóspede embaixo da cama, com cadeado e tudo! O hostel possui toalhas (verificar preço no check in) e banheiro muito bom, com água quente. A cozinha é ótima, compartilhada e muito bem equipada para fazer lanches rápidos e, até uma refeição completa. O hostel também oferece um mercadinho com produtos básicos e rápidos, bebidinhas e comidinhas, pra economizar tempo e disposição. Quando fui tinha uma turma de escola e uma família também, já que o hostel possui quartos privativos. Logo, é um hostel super de boas e têm todas as tribos, desde mochileiros, aquele fds rápido em BH e até para famílias, Hostel inclusive é acessível! Têm elevador do térreo, até o terraço. Vai acabar, prometo.. kk Dito tudo isso, a energia, o clima gostoso e a vibração mágica que é todo o hostel, isso não dá pra descrever em palavras.... é algo indescritível!

The location is in the heart of Belo Horizonte, we have quality care, would work 24 hours, always ready to help. On accommodation, although not a five-star hotel can perfectly meet the needs of tourists, such as providing comfortable beds, excellent shower at temperature, reasonable breakfast and cleaning at the request of the guest. Positive points: location; accommodation; shower and cleaning service. Negative points: we stood in front of the BRT station, as soon as the noise of the street was one of the things that disturbed up to a certain timetable.
