The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Alto there was a problem with the door handle on our room. We were unable to wiggle it enough to get into the room. We had to ask twice for someone to come and let us into the room. As a result my husband and I were unable to go down to breakfast together because one of us needed to stay in the room to open the door for the other one. The staff all seemed to know that there was a problem but it didn’t appear that it was going to be fixed anytime soon.

We stay at Hampton Inn hotels frequently when we travel. We were exhausted when we arrived and we knew the hotel was at max capacity with the Chiefs game so when we got to our room to see a nasty stain (looked like blood or feces) on the floor we just ****** it up and stayed. Not something we see at Hampton Inn. Disappointed.

My husband and I typically search for a Hampton Inn when we travel (waffles for breakfast, anyone?) and this Hampton Inn fulfilled our expectations. The room was tidy, they accommodated our last minute stay, breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They have a nice looking pool room and gym, neither of which we actually had the time to use.
Would definitely recommend and return.

The breakfasts have been very good. They vary their hot offerings of scrambled eggs, sausages, plain potatoes to cheese omelettes, bacon, and potatoes with red and green peppers and variations in between.
As far as housekeeping, we have stayed longer than the usual guest. We have not had sheets changed or the bathroom cleaned unless we have specifically asked for it. They will empty trash and bring new towels every other day or more frequently if asked.

Strange issues with temperature in the building. Hallway was frigid, room was hot, pool area temp was like a very hot sauna, but the pool water was very cold. Tepid water that wouldn’t get hot enough for a decent shower, TV that didn’t work. Clean enough, breakfast area nice and food was good except for the fruit.

For the price, the breakfast is lousy. Also, when you have a tag on your door stating”fuzzy friend inside” you should never enter the room without permission. A staff member opened the door on Xmas eve (luckily we were in our room) just to get trash. Thermostat not working properly and phone not working at all.

The staff was so friendly from arrival all the way to checkout. The breakfast options were fantastic and the staff running the breakfast bar went above and beyond to make my toddlers have a great trip. We always feel extremely safe at this location and have the best time while here.
