And above all, the food is hot and that can be fixed by bringing less quantity on the tray and changing it every so often. The fish with no known name and cold... If you want to heat it, the waitress offers to take it to the kitchen and do it herself, at the temperature she wants, with how easy it would be to have a microwave available. I prefer not to talk about the waitress and, despite everything, respect her work and her gossip with customers. Please! This is all the fault of the hotel management, which does not monitor the kitchen service because with little interest, the staff would not do what they really want, preparing the food poorly. The only thing I save from the buffet is the breakfast and the cold cuts, which since they don't have to prepare much in the kitchen deserves my approval. For this reason the hotel is fine if you simply take a room and breakfast. I would like this opinion to reach the hotel management, those directly responsible for everything I comment here.
