早餐東西不多，還不如瀋陽的如家酒店早餐好呢，位置小市中心，小市本來就不大哈，門口停車位很多，不行馬路邊也可以停車！房間不咋大，衞生不錯，住了兩天，和服務員要一瓶免費水，還和我要兩塊錢，整的心情一下就不咋好了！

房間小，沒有直飲水，每個房間才兩瓶瓶裝水，再喝就要自己花錢買，或者要自己去一樓打熱水，真挺奇葩的。這種酒店不知道怎麼在攜程上還有這麼高的評分，難道攜程上可以作弊還是我的標準高了？

頭一天入住前台態度很好，酒店房間衞生和設施也可以，比較新，房間有點小，我無所謂。但是第二天就不行了，首先早餐樣數太少，沒什麼選擇性，喝點粥吃倆煎蛋。退房時遇到了奇葩前台，服務態度傲慢無禮，和他説話愛搭不理，白眼仁時不時表達一下情感。訂酒店時就看見評價前台服務態度不好，以為是好久之前的應該改進了，沒想到啊，真是沒想到，小市數得上的酒店在服務上就是這水準，這恰恰反映出一個企業的管理水平和發現前景。希望能給以後訂酒店的消費者一點參考。

真的太差了，五一期間溢價可以理解且接受，但是花了不到600塊錢，住了隔音奇差的酒店真是忍不了，隔壁説話聲，咳嗽聲，拉凳子聲，對門門鈴按了幾聲，聽的太清楚了，9點躺下都能清楚聽到隔壁聊天，孩子哭鬧，躺了30分鐘一家子都睡不着又換了萬豪住的，差評！！

本溪是一個縣城，有這樣的星級酒店相當的可以可以了，入住時發現枱燈不亮！聯繫前台及時解決了！十分滿意，非常正規有星級服務的標準，房間十分乾淨，床品潔白如新房間沒有異味廳堂，前台大廳空氣中瀰漫著清潔劑的芳香！在本溪住了三天兩天民宿一天酒店感覺凱萊悦酒店性價比非常高，早餐免費贈送的也是非常豐富可圈可點！強力推薦來本溪遊玩的旅友

設施：房間不大，空間比較緊湊，床頭有小冰箱很方便，電視不清楚有雪花，衞生間的紙巾架設計不合理，捲紙容易掉落，牆上提示水温不穩，實際使用挺好
衞生：床品乾淨舒服，淋浴間下方牆上有黴點
環境：酒店位於小市中心，非常醒目好找，住的房間臨街，對面是農行，晚上不吵
服務：大堂前台服務熱情高效，辦理入住退房都很快
早餐：咖啡牛奶豆漿粥雞蛋麪包都有，包子豆腐腦好吃，玉米太老了
總的來説入住體驗挺好。
