I came here on a business trip and liked this hotel very much. Unfortunately, it was fully booked one day, so the company switched me to another hotel. The hotel is very nice. There is a bar on the top floor. The chef and the bartender are very friendly and we have a lot of fun chatting. If I come to Turkey for a business trip next time, I will definitely choose this hotel.

A lovely stay. The staff were very kind, and attentive, from the moment I arrived. My room was small, so perfect for one. The bed takes up most of the space, so it would be a bit cozy for two people. Dinner in the rooftop restaurant was great, the entire hotel was spotless, and the location is perfect. It's on a busy street, but don't let that dissuade you. It's a short walk to the tram, or to the sites nearby. My only dislike was there is no security bar on the door, but there is a deadbolt. Most definitely, I will book my stay here in the future.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms, despite my reservation. This lack of preparedness was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Despite their attempts to assist, the situation left me inconvenienced and compelled to seek alternative accommodations. While I understand that situations can arise, the inability to honor a confirmed reservation left a negative impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their reservation management in the future.

We did not start well at the beginning after a problem with the debt card we had given as a guarantee was created because they wanted to pay before we went to the accommodation and not when we arrived there. Thankfully we had some friends in town and they helped us talk to them, and when we arrived, they welcomed us very friendlyly and made it easier for us to leave the bags before checking, after we arrived too early. The good thing is that the entire hotel is getting very good Internet, it's very hot and it also has hot water all day. Another good was the location of the hotel, it is in a very convenient area and point, which is close to the sights and once you get out there are the transportation next door. The negative is the first thing I said, and cleanliness, which could be better, was not dirty but could certainly be better, and also breakfast was insufficient, it could be a little richer. There was no sound insulation in the room, which resulted in too much noise and annoyance to the extent that we couldn't sleep. But in general, it was very good.

A beautiful atmospheric hotel in the center of Istanbul. The staff is friendly and will greet you right away. The aroma in the hotel is excellent. The rooms are clean, comfortable, with air conditioning. Breakfast... it's a blast, you go up to the 6th floor and enjoy all of Istanbul, with a delicious cup of coffee. The food is very tasty, everything is always there, and the waiters can bring you drinks. We really liked the hotel, if you want a beautiful, atmospheric relaxation in the city center, then choose Galata By Boss❤️

The breakfast is not as delicious as the Peninsula in Shanghai, but it is better than the beautiful scenery. The location is really great and worth staying. The service was very good. Because we were on our honeymoon with my husband, we sent an email to the hotel and prepared champagne and cake for us. btw, the chocolate cake given is delicious!

Unpleasant things: Actually the name is misleading, the hotel is not in taksim at all its in totally different area. The taxi from taxim tried to reach the hotel using navigation and failed and we ended up walking with our bags between abandoned buildings to reach the hotel. When we reached we were surprised that the hotel is more like furnished apartment and has no elevators. The kind size bed is actually similar to a single and half bed in other hotels. We asked for a refund and the employee (fuat is his name) refused rudely and we demanded talking to his manager who was more rude. Another thing if you are planning for a trip with a tourism company they find it difficult to locate the hotel to pick you up. And last but not least the area surrounding you is full of shops selling plumbing and electrical items. Arrived at 1:00 pm and the room wasn’t ready Check out is at 11:00 am! Pleasant things: The location of the hotel turned out to be great, you just have to figure your way around. 10 minutes walk to galata tower 15 minutes walk to the end of istikalal street 15 minutes walk to the ferries port (going to many destinations like princes islands) 10 minutes walk to the metro station If I would go again I would not stay in the same hotel, but i might think of other hotels in the same location

Reasonable hotel at a good location if you can get a good deal. Pro’s: 5 min walk to Halic metrostation. Halfhour walk to taksim (hill). Clean hotel with nice staf and everything works. Con’s: hotel is in the middle of a street full of equipment vendors, can be busy but not at night. Make sure you go from the back to the hotel, the road is bad at the front. Elevator is quite small, fits max. two people and their backpack. If you are with more people you need to wait. Rooms are little bit old dated but still clean. If you get a cheap deal, you wont be dissapointed. There is a small night shop close to get some things. There is nothing to do close to the hotel, so you need to get the metro/bus or bimbim.

It is a rental room located in the heart of one of the most fashionable Istanbul neighborhoods, safe from screaming and harassing tourists but at the same time equidistant from Taksim Square and Sultanahmet The room is not luxurious, but very comfortable and equipped with everything needed. The owner is a very available person: in our case, he gave us the opportunity to make a very early check in ( he gave us the room at 7 a.m. instead of at 14 a.m., which no hoteler would do). It was also very careful and willing to give us all the instructions to reach the new airport by means of the means. The only disadvantage is the absence of the elevator, but it is impossible to install one as it is a pre-existing structure. It is recommended to whoever wants to enjoy the true essence of Istanbul.
