Service was excellent in the first 3 days but dipped towards last 2 days, perhaps due to weekend numbers. Had a surprise when chef prepared a meal for me at breakfast though it was not in the menu or buffet lines. I casually recommended a dish when he was in his rounds and asked me. Couldnt do any water sports due to the red flags up everyday. Staff were very polite and helpful but they werent in the know of any activities/locations outside of the resort. They didnt know about Mustafa Centre which was 500m away.

The location is great with the lagoi plaza and other amenties nearby. The staff are the best part, great customer service from start to end. Lastly the view from the pool side room and the kids play area to wait out the rain made our stay perfect

Beautiful resort with super staff! The resort is located right next to Lagoi plaza and the beach, very cozy and the food was good too. The whole team of staff are super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, they surprised us with welcome back decorations in the room and my child also got a small gift. As return guests,we really enjoyed the stay there! Shout out to the kids club staff ADE who went beyond to show her care and love to my child,also the restaurant and front desk staff who are super warm and attentive. Wish we can come back anytime soon!

Stayed 4D3N. The resort was cleaned. The location was just a few minutes walk to Logoi Plaza, for other food varieties. Service staff were friendly and all with smiles. The resort does come with some scheduled activities to join the fun.

We recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan for our Crystal Anniversary, and I just want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed and well taken care of.
The staff went above and beyond to make our celebration extra special. The thoughtful touches, the warm greetings, and the attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. We could really feel the effort they put into making our anniversary meaningful, and it’s something we deeply appreciate.
The room was comfortable, the surroundings were peaceful, and the service was consistently excellent. The entire experience reminded us why Bintan is such a perfect quick getaway, and why Four Points stands out with its hospitality.
Thank you once again to the entire Four Points Bintan team for making our 15th (Crystal) Anniversary trip unforgettable. We’re leaving with happy hearts and beautiful memories. We’ll definitely be back! 💙✨

Stayed for 2 days 3 nights. The whole stay was great! It felt like we were staying in an exclusive resort. Rooms were so clean and all staff were so welcoming. Would definitely come back here again.

Tastefully designed rooms, spotless clean! Friendly staff, awesome pool, and prime location near Plaza Lagoi & Lagoi Bay. Breakfast buffet was a treat with loads of options! One minus - pillows were a tad too soft. Overall, fantastic stay!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐
