The main swimming pool is huge and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the ocean view. The daily Chocolate Hour was definitely a highlight for both adults and kids. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including a dedicated kids’ corner. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway in Bintan"

It would be right if yall booked for 3 days 2 nights and also prebook your activities. Like barbeque they need time to prepare for you guys. If you want things immediately its better to prebook.We prebooked most and some items we book on the spot so we knew. Also if yall are the type that are looking forward to peace and quiet this is the place. You can relax as much as you want. There is tv and amenities as well. I love their welcome drink haha. The staff are very friendly and patient too. We liked our stay. Those who are looking to relax and stay this is for yall."

There are stains on our pillow and bedsheets The hotel breakfast was average but sufficient. The location is very convenient, as it is within walking distance to the ferry terminal. Overall, it is a good option for a short stay."
