Room was a little dirty, sheets and pillows had some stains as well the pullout bed also had a stain.

Hotel is pretty run down and looks like it has never been deep cleaned. Breakfast was disappointing - very limited options, dirty kitchen area, and rotting fruit.

Everything was wonderful. Only problem was water pressure in master bedroom shower 🚿 was weak otherwise everything was exceptional

I would like to start by saying the staff was awesome and will to help. I needed a suite with two bedrooms and this was the only place available for my dates. The hotel itself is old and dated and several areas needed fixing that were patched or just left unattended. There were holes in the black out curtains. The furniture was worn and frayed. There was trash under the couch and hair on top of the comforter which made one think the bed wasn’t cleaned. The ceiling in bathroom room was peeling and there was water damage to the ceiling and wall. The tub faucet and shower head were showing signs of age and mildew with a prior repair attempt but there was still a gap which is probably allowing water to leak behind that wall. There door casings were rotted at the bottom throughout the rooms. The vinyl plank floors were old, stained, and sticky. The door plate fell off to one of the bedrooms. This all made the room uncomfortable but the beds were cozy. If was for one night after a long day of sightseeing.
The breakfast was the usually waffle machine and powdered eggs and the bacon was not edible as it was not cooked. So we got toast and orange juice and stopped for breakfast.

We arrived at 5pm (check in is 3pm) and our room wasn't ready (still cleaning). The remote did not work and they only gave us others to try, none worked - no help. Front desk was friendly, breakfast was good. It was okay, but not worth almost $500 for two nights. Won't stay here again.

Stains on bedding and linens. There is a huge pile of caulking around drain in tub. Completely filthy.

Stayed two nights- similar situation in both circumstances. Insufficient bedding (only had three of us in the room- second night, no extra sheet for couch so slept on a towel, as staff informed us laundry staff just “hadn’t gotten around to laundry today.”
Single comforter blanket given had massive holes in it first night. Second night, given new blanket and some situation. Huge holes throughout.
No soap by sink in the room.
In past have stayed at Staybridge. Will not be doing so anymore. Spent around $170/night for this. Ridiculous that sufficient clean bedding and we had to use towels to cover couch, no soap, etc.

There was no trash cans in the suite, the sofa cushions were full of trash but overall the bed was amazing so it was ok.

Mold around bathroom sink, and kitchen trash was not emptied from previous guests (it stunk so bad). Breakfast left alot to be desired. Otherwise, decent stay for price. Staff was nice. Bed comfortable.
