The hotel has a good location. It is clean. Breakfast is quite good. Dinner is quite ok in a very good price. Comfortable. The receptionists must tell the clients upon arrival about some extra payments to be paid, including the taxes of the citty
Novotel Budapest City & Budapest Congress Center

The hardware of the hotel is good, the price/performance ratio is good, and the location is a little bit off, but if you have a traffic ticket, the traffic at the door is still very convenient. The only disgusting thing is the service of the hotel. The door card is inexplicably swiped repeatedly, and you have to go upstairs every day Swipe the door card repeatedly, sometimes the door still can't be opened. When we checked out, we were inexplicably charged for the phone bill, which cost dozens of dollars. It was strange to ask why, saying that we answered a call from a local friend. At that time, I was confused. Do I have to charge for answering the phone? The hotel manager explained that only room-to-room calls are free. After staying in the hotel for so many years, this is the first time I have encountered such a strange thing.

The location of the hotel is very good, and the surrounding scenic spots are within walking distance. However, walking from the subway station to the hotel are steps, and it will be inconvenient to bring luggage. The decoration style is very design sense, and the staff is very bice.

There are many choices for breakfast, which is great! The location is convenient, the hotel is near the subway and tram station. Walk for about ten minutes to Fisherman's Bastion and Buda Palace.

The rooms are very beautiful at first sight. Then, however, you discover the dirt under the heating and in the room, the muddled shower hang and shower back wall. Breakfast is a single disaster, you come from 9 a.m. there are no breads or no more touch. Smutsy tables are cleaned just before breakfast end and you have to find a clean table. There was little fresh fruit, there was no butter, only rama, paprika was not cleaned and cleaned, this was cut and unpleasantly draped on the buffet. What is also very unpleasant that very much plastic waste is produced. This is different. Price/performance does not match. Damage to this great place.

I expected a little more from the hotel. Perhaps the decoration of the rooms is the main and only disappointment. The design is uncomplicated, the furniture is very simple. But everything you need is there, clean and tidy. The hotel staff are friendly and efficient. I haven't been to the hotel restaurant, but I noticed that it is very popular. In the evening almost all the tables were occupied. The location cannot be ignored! If you want to explore Buda, the hotel is in an ideal location.
