One of the best stay I ever had. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, the breakfast it's really good and has a great variety of food, the attendant's team is almost perfect, expect for the bar in the evening, the rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. I found a very nice surprise for woman, beside the hair dryer there was an hair straightener. Very hepfull! The SPA was clean and excellent atmpsphere. I foundall service I would like to have. We didn't try the restaurant, but I saw people dining when in Budapest all the restaurants don't accept you anymore. I really felt cluddled!

The lobby is just fabulous and the Cafe de Paris, which is attached to, but not owned by (as I understand it) the hotel is totally amazing. Wonderful marble lobby, friendly and very efficient front desk/concierge staff and the rooms are good, but not exceptional. For sightseeing the location is not the best - there are no good restaurants around and about and the food on the hotel’s balcony overlooking the Cafe de Paris is boring and very expensive - as is the wine, and drinks in the lobby. We would recommend the hotel highly to friends but point out that the location is not the best for sightseeing - that said there is a Hop on, Hop off bus stop right outside the door.

I received a warm and personal welcome and I was allocated a suite which was of the highest order. The large space was excellent and the bathroom with a recessed bath tub and quality products possibly one of the best of any I have had at any 5 star property Ali Demirok went over and beyond the call of duty, a great personal guide and character. I am pleased to whole heartedly endorse this property.

Hyatt Hotel, a super beautiful and new hotel, was a little worried to see no comments at first, because the hotel was 19 years old, and I did n’t meet a Chinese when I went there, but I was very happy when I arrived, especially the lobby, which is too beautiful Come on! But the breakfast was expensive so I didn't buy it and I ate around. The fourth one is about 500 meters away from the hotel. It snowed on the last day so I ate at the hotel. I ordered some without breakfast buffet and the price was ok. Everyone has a very good attitude and must be rated 5 points.

Hotel breakfast is very good, adult 16 euros, half price for children. The only bad thing is the two bedrooms, with two shower rooms, but there is only one toilet. If there are many people in the family, they will always have to wait for the toilet. Everything is fine except for this. The parking lot is also very convenient. From the garage you can take the elevator directly to the room floor.

Hotel location is good, downtown. The hotel has a long history and opened in 1856. The whole hotel has a strong culture and is similar to the Peace Hotel in Shanghai. Hotel prices are moderate and cost effective. Walk about 15 minutes from the Danube. It is convenient to shop around and there are many supermarkets. The breakfast is very plentiful and suitable for bringing children together. The hotel has a swimming pool spa. The room can accommodate an extra bed. Very satisfied!

This one is located at the foot of the Duofei Bridge, not far from the city center, relatively quiet, but it is only a kilometer to walk or go out to the No. 2 subway. Always feel inconvenient, but it is cheaper, the key is to be able to book. The hotel in Budapest is still quite difficult. This is a chain, and there are several in the city center.

I was given so many complimentary benefits such as: - Early Check In/Late Check Out - 15% Discount In Hotel Services - Free Room Upgrade (From Standard Studio To 2 Bedroom Penthouse Apartment) - Complimentary Bottle Of Champagne With A Welcome Letter Big shoutout to Robert & Emese for ensuring my stay was superb from check in to check out. The staff always greeting me when seeing me at reception, which really made me feel welcome by giving me the V.I.P treatment. As for the two bedroom penthouse apartment, I was really impressed from the modern interior to how spacious the apartment was, as I originally booked for a studio room. I was allocated on the 8th floor which was the highest floor in the building. I had a balcony upstairs in my bedroom and downstairs in the living room where I can enjoy the morning views each day. The bathrooms in both rooms had nice aesthetics and was very spacious. You literally all the apartments amenities you may need from a washing machine to fridge to a stove and oven. For the spa absolutely amazing. It had a igloo concept of a design which was different but I loved it. Throughout the spa complex you can feel your presence noticed as I was greeted by every staff. The spa is situated on the other side of the hotel which is connected to their sister brand hotel Anantara New York Palace Budapest. Positives: Within the city centre, modern design, good amenities, great customer service. They have everything you may need for both business and leisure. Negatives: No smart TV, breakfast isn’t really spoilt for choice but it’s okay. Recommend going once and going elsewhere for the other days, such as the new york cafe which is next door or cafe ciruksz if you want a full English type breakfast. Thank You NH Collection - Budapest City Center for having me and your service was impeccable. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

We enjoyed our 5-nights stay in Verdi Grand Hotel. Location is great, metro station is just 30 second away. Also you can walk a few minutes to Corvin setany where you can find a lot of restaurants, the Chinese restaurant called Spicy Fish is the best. We ate there 4 times. But there’s one thing I was not happy with, the hotel charged me ＞ Ft 5000 for city tax when we checked out, but our booking in Trip.com should include all taxes and fees. If you book this hotel, be prepared to pay extra.

My boss is Chinese and enthusiastic.

Very good value for the money, incl. nice breakfast :) We stayed with 9 yo kid, fot the weekend in Budapest to see the beauty of the city. At first sight we overlooked this hotel on the map as it just wasnt straight in the old city centre, but just 4 bus or 3 metro stops aside, near new part called Corvin tér, which was very practical. We found nice modern room with quite big teracce, spacious bathroom and perfect modern beds. Our kid got equal single bed as an adult whch was superb. Hotel is very modern but simple with nice staff. At the breakfast, even in full capacity, everyone was satisfied. One minus is the area with huge amount of students and also the city garbage could be sorted out better on the surroundings of the hotel (not their fault, but they shoud maybe care about it a littlebit).

Great location, right on a strip of restaurants with a shopping mall less that 30 seconds walk. The apartments are built on top of a Lidl so great for purchasing food to cook at home. There’s a great range of appliance and kitchenware, alongside a washing machine and iron. All in all it’s perfect and very well presented. Only thing that let them down was the cleanliness, we found hair everywhere (even round the sink and in the bath) balcony was dirty and so were the table and chairs. If it was properly cleaned I would have said 5*

Traveling as a family has its challenges. We have 3 grown kids (20, 17, 14) and each needs their space. Escala delivered exactly what we needed. We took the top floor with 3 bedrooms, a living room and the balcony and it was the ideal place to start and end a vacation day in. Everything was organized, clean, 6 water bottles waited for us when we arrived. the balcony is amazing and it is the star. Breakfast was excellent. shopping center 3 minutes away and plenty of restaurants around. M3 metro station is 5 minutes walking. awesome location. And the last but definitely highlight of our experience was the level of service from the staff. I've needed their help multiple times and every time was getting their full attention, support and immediate reaction (extra blankets, restaurant reservations, etc.)

Very good apartment! All utilities are provided in the kitchen so you can cook yourself whatever you want and there are grocery stores nearby! It’s in a really good location! The apartment was clean! Only negative is that you have to leave a deposit which they say is returned the next day but it took almost three days before the deposit was returned! Overall I will stay here again next time I’m in Budapest!
