Absolutely beautiful property and rooms! The staff was very friendly and professional. Though it's only 5 mins from the airport (which is great), it's quite isolated from everything else such as shopping, dining and entertainment. You will need a transportation.

I like that the hotel was clean. The property is brand new! I didn’t like that I went to tell the front desk agent name Nataly that the ironing board has a wire sticking out and she didn’t bother compensating or saying my apologies I will get back with you. All she said was let me tell the lady that will clean to check it out. The wire made a couple of tiny holes on my shirt which I even showed her.

Check- in was a breeze, staff was pleasant, and the room was very clean. The hotel in general looks to be unkept well.
One thing that took me by surprise was having to pay for parking.

New hotel in a good area. Great check in experience, I think his name was Chris (Friday night 2/16/24). We were late checking in due to a storm in Denver. He was very understanding. Walkable to food in shopping center next door. Close and easy drive to Universal Studios. We'll stay again!

I loved and appreciated everything during my stay. The only issue I had was I didnt have a remote for my tv. I asked the front desk for it and they immediate brought me one. However, they do full service housekeeping on the 3rd day of the stay and decided to take back the remote....so I was left without a remote, AGAIN, on my 3rd night/4th day....other than that no complaints. Staff was great.
