The location is very good, very accessible which is good because this is a high traffic area. The price was a little expensive, almost $200 after tax, but it was a Saturday on Labor Day weekend.

Service and location were great! Very clean property with a hot tub and pool. Will definitely stay here again in the future when traveling to Burbank.

I spent 2 nights using Universal Studios and Six Flags. The hotel is a bit old and noisy because it's on the roadside, but free parking and low prices are advantages.

The facilities, services, and breakfast are all unsatisfactory. There is no special place for breakfast. The variety is single and the arrangement is messy, which makes my impression of the quality inn drop by another level. I do not recommend staying.

All the rooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable! In addition, the hotel has a pool so you can play in your spare time.

Do not stay here. I’m a travel nurse working at the hospital in Burbank, and needed a place close to the hospital to stay so I stayed here for two nights. I was working nights and came back to the hotel to sleep for a few hours. Upon leaving the hotel and arriving back to Phoenix, I started receiving charges from this quality in on my credit card one for $150 and another for $50 in addition to the hundred dollar deposit which still has not been returned to me. Upon calling the hotel, they tell me that after I left, there was something wrong with the door upon asking, they could not even tell me what and said that I did something to their door and so they charged me. I have never had this type of situation happened to me ever and there was nothing wrong with anything when I left. I left everything as I saw it. I will be contacting corporate and their managers because this hotel is obviously running a scam and most likely I’m not the first person that this is happened to. If corporate reads this, please contact me or I will be getting in touch with you somehow.

From the outside this place looks pretty ghetto but the rooms are clean and modern and roomy. Its also right arounf the corner from the airport and a huge shopping center. Great stay for a great price. The only flaw was the free breakfest. It was in a little hallway and there was a sign on the wall warning you that if you entered that area you could be exposed to cancer causing chemicals😬 weird, needless to say we skipped the free breafest and went down the street to dennys instead! Otherwise, great option if your looking to stay close to the airport.
