Hemu Hotel

If you don't live in a wooden house in the village, I believe this is Hemu's high-end accommodation. The service attitude is very proactive and enthusiastic. I see the employees smiling often. I am also happy. The restaurant is clean and has many choices. The room is excellent and I can stay here for one more day.

This is my first time traveling to Hemu. I booked this hotel with trepidation. It can be said that this is the most comfortable and sound sleep I had during this trip. If I have the chance, I would rather live here. Good review!

The hotel environment and facilities are very good. There is a parking space at the lobby entrance. The price is a bit high, but the room facilities are complete and upscale. The front desk service feels a bit official, and I hope it can be more proactive and enthusiastic. It is recommended to set up hotel lobby guide signs at other secondary entrances to facilitate check-in.

The scenery is super beautiful. The breakfast is super good under the limited conditions in the village. It includes shuttle bus tickets to and from the ski resort. There is a small juice every day to supplement vitamins. The staff responds quickly when needed. I have lived here for more than half a month and I am very satisfied. I will come again next time

We stayed for four consecutive days. The room was warm and comfortable. The staff was warm and thoughtful. They gave us sea buckthorn juice every day, which was great. The hotel arranged accommodation in a centralized manner to cope with the extremely cold weather. But we really didn't like to change rooms. The store didn't force us to stay in the original room, and sent people to check the room temperature and facilities and equipment many times. We were very touched by this service attitude of thinking about the guests and worrying about the guests.

The room was quite clean. We stayed for four days and someone cleaned it every day. The breakfast was good. The shuttle bus was right at the front desk, which was convenient for going to and from the ski resort and the old village.

1. The heating and hot water are sufficient. It is too hot to sleep naked, and it works 24 hours a day. The state-owned enterprise has a strong foundation. (can be lowered) 2. Good service awareness. Although not as professional as five-star in first-tier cities, the service attitude is very good and responsive to requests. 3. Free washing + drying, self-service. 4. Free ski shuttle. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, and all buses stop here. 5. There is an adequate supply of drinks, water, snacks, and snacks with different varieties every day. Snacks that were not eaten the day before will be given new and different ones the next day. 6. The room is large and easy to store and move. As long as the price is similar to the surrounding market, Hemu Villa is still my first choice in Hemu.

It is a more formal hotel in Hemu Village. The bed sheets and bath towels are changed every day. The guy in charge of the luggage is very enthusiastic to help with the luggage. The hotel breakfast is delicious.

Hemu Villa is in a great location. It is very convenient to go to the ski resort with free shuttle bus. The room is warm and clean. The restaurant is good. Barbecue and baked buns are a must every day.
