Kanas is a pristine white wonderland in winter, and this standard room became the most heartwarming stop on our journey! We were warmly greeted by the butler upon arrival, and a short walk led to the wooden-textured room. Opening the door, we were instantly enveloped in the warmth of the underfloor heating, completely dispelling the chill outside. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day. The amenities were incredibly thoughtful, with a smart toilet, brand-name toiletries, and even a space for drying ski clothes – attention to detail was evident. The biggest surprise was the panoramic window; in the morning, opening the curtains revealed a breathtaking view of the misty snow-capped mountains and forests, in the evening, we could admire the golden sunset, and at night, we could see the Milky Way – every snapshot was wallpaper-worthy. The service was impeccable. We received detailed travel tips before check-in, and any questions were promptly answered. A warm milk was even served before bed to warm us up. Transportation is also very convenient, with the local bus station within walking distance and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. First, the location of this guesthouse is excellent, situated in a new village, making it very convenient for getting around. Second, the decor is very simple yet stylish, with a harmonious color scheme. The rooms are fully equipped, the bedding is comfortable, and the toiletries are high-quality, making for a very pleasant stay. Overall, this guesthouse was a fantastic experience; the environment, service, and facilities were all outstanding.

The hotel was generally okay. I was hoping to relax, but the water supply in Kanas Old Village was outage, leaving it dirty all night. The B&B didn't communicate this in advance, so I ended up using mineral water for washing up. I even found several bugs crawling on the wall while sleeping, which was quite disgusting. I suggest cleaning up every little detail in the room. One complaint: I saw that you could redeem points for a piece of fruit when you booked, but I didn't see it when I left. Please let me know if you have one. I also recommend checking your booking next time; even though it's off-season, you've been searching a lot before booking your hotel. I was pressed for time and forgot to take pictures of the room. Here are some photos of the old village and the B&B in general. Finally, I suggest you get a sign at your B&B; you won't know which one is yours when you arrive.
