The hotel was convenient for parking my car. The breakfast buffet was big offering a good choice. The staff was friendly, the bed lining good and the mattress very comfortable. Similar to a 4 stars hotel. I will come again there when I will visit Bursa City again.

Great new hotel in center location of Busra close to many attractions and valet parking available for convenience. Staff were outstanding and helpful. Breakfast had a large variety. My only feedback: - pillows were not comfortable - no coffee/live station at breakfast

The hotel is newly opened, all furnishings are new, the room-bathroom-toilet is really clean. Breakfast is very important to me, I called the hotel to ask about breakfast options and hot dishes, they said there was a lot of variety, we could have omelettes we wanted in the kitchen, but when we went they said they didn't care! The breakfast room was cold, we couldn't eat anything on the first day and were freezing, we went to the breakfast room in our ski suits to avoid catching a cold for the next few days. Going for a ski vacation, so I came to the hotel at night, and the first thing I saw was the heat, but there was no heating system, so the air conditioner couldn't heat it. I was sick in my room, not on the ski slopes. First of all, the staff were very interested in us. Room toilet is clean. But room heating has air conditioning. That could be a long time. The dining room was cold.

However I have to take away one bubble because the AC in our room wasn't working. It was totally dead. I just laughed it off as I know there was no point arguing further. Just avoid room 404, it would be terribly hot when the real summer arrives.
