Business Hotels in Dhaka

Decent hotel at the business centre of Dhaka and not too far from the Airport. I had booked an executive class room but was given standard deluxe at the front office. However, when i reminded they immediately changed it to the executive class (what if someone didn’t notice but had paid for executive - this should not happen). Breakfast buffet was good and staff member ‘ARMAAN’ at the restaurant served me really well. He was courteous and helpful. Other hotel staff were also good but they can improve a bit at the concierge. Wifi was good. A lot of eateries around the area so I mostly ate out, Especially, at the famous Star Kebab restaurant which is just round the corner. Better taste, options and reasonably priced. The room service and restaurant price were too exaggerated and on top of that you are charged multiple taxes. Overall comfortable stay but i guess if you are in Dhaka - go for apartments/AirBnb as there are limited good hotels and they are mega expensive.

Affordable price for the room & food, food taste was good specially the Chawmin was so delicious. Transport service from Airport was good & fast. The employees working there were helpful & ready to help us. I would recommend White Palace Hotel.

The following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into a hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh. I checked into room 205 that day. Hotel location: Dhaka traffic is relatively congested. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Disposable slippers are provided. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: Dry and wet are separated. Breakfast: See pictures for yourself, buffet, very good. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.

They somehow deleted my booking, so I sat in the foyer for six hours until someone worked out what was happening. To their credit, they found me another hotel when a manager took responsibility, but it cost me more and shouldn’t have taken as long to rectify. I have travelled for twenty years, and this is up with there with one of the worst experiences to date.

The security level is high and you need safety luggage when entering. The front desk staff was enthusiastic, the room service was attentive, and they also gave welcome fruits. Stayed for 3 days. Advantages: 1. There is a mosquito net that can be used to cover the bed, so mosquitoes cannot get in at all. 2. The breakfast looks average, but tastes good. The Bangladeshi chef mixes cucumber slices with sour and sweet flavors. If you want an omelette, he will make it. There are two or three kinds of porridge, soy milk, and pasta. I eat very full every day. Due to personal reasons, the time was not right for lunch and dinner and I have not eaten it, so I cannot comment. 3. Free airport pick-up and friendly attitude. 4. I used the mobile phone card left by a previous customer for free for 3 days. I worked hard to solve my daily needs. Disadvantages: 1. The rooms are relatively old and are generally not chosen in China. For example, there is no water cup. I didn’t find a hotel because of this, because I can deal with it by using a mineral water bottle when brushing my teeth. I forgot about this trivial matter when we met. 2. The exchange rate at the airport is 16 taka for 1 RMB, and 15 taka here. Later, it was also 16 taka to change with a local tour guide. 3. The name is unlucky. It is recommended to change the name. By the way, let me advertise, I have breakfast at 9 o'clock, so I will have lunch at 15 o'clock. Although our restaurant is free, but the time is wrong, I always go to the Panda Dumpling House about 1.8 kilometers southwest of our store to solve the problem. This Panda is owned by a lady from Shenyang. It’s delicious and cheap. It’s almost become my canteen. The sizzling beef and dry tofu are just like eating in Shenyang. I personally have 2 dishes, 1 meal, 1 Coke and ice cream, usually 1,200 taels. Card left and right. In comparison, Mapo Tofu at nearby Dunhuang Restaurant costs 800 taka.

The rooftop garden bar swimming pool is great, and the lighting effect of the pool at night complements the surrounding urban night. Complete facilities and considerate service. Hope to further improve employees’ foreign language communication skills.

I didn't stay at the Mango Hotel in Dhaka before because I accidentally lost my passport and I felt so miserable in this place where I had no relatives! I picked up the phone and called the embassy and sent someone to take me to complete the procedures. Because I had to wait for a few working days to get the documents, I stayed in the hotel. To be honest, the cleanliness of the hotel was my first impression. The second was that all the meals were authentic Chinese food. The third was that all the staff were warm and the service attitude was super good. It made me feel like home. I want to express a lot, and I am not dragging my feet. Good to have a quick rest in a good hotel before/after the journey (5 min away from the airport). Adv to the foreigners: 1. Don't take the room facing the road.. very noisy during day/night with honking everytime non stop. 2. Try to avoid fresh juice if you know yr stomach can't take it, otherwise you will suffer from poisoning. The rest are acceptable as per the rest of other country's Best Western. Great view towards the airport on the rooftop while enjoying the BBQ dinner. Small gym and a massage center on the top floor. Transport to the airport - UsD9 Dinner buffet doesn't come with a hot drink, even with a cofee/tea (only for b'fast)..
