The hotel's garden is absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere is quiet and elegant, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It's incredibly relaxing to just be there. The location is also excellent; it's very convenient for dining out and shopping. The soundproofing in the rooms is great, so it's very quiet at night, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast is exquisitely presented, making for a truly ceremonial dining experience. But what truly stands out is the service! When we arrived, it was raining, and the reception staff immediately came over to help us with umbrellas, getting themselves wet in the process – it was incredibly thoughtful. Such a warm and attentive hotel is a rare find; every detail makes you feel secure and comfortable. Whether for a trip, a vacation, or just a relaxing short stay, this place is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back!

This hotel is located right within the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys scenic area, seamlessly blending in with its attractions. At first glance, you might even mistake it for one of the old mansions! The 'Fuzhou' stone at the entrance and the walls covered in firecracker flowers draw plenty of people for photos. They offer exclusive, special services: delicate snacks, fresh fruit, and a warming, small alcoholic drink. **Room Facilities**: The rooms are entirely Chinese-style. The elegant peony mural above the bed, symbolizing 'spring filling the garden,' and the black-themed furniture are arranged very comfortably. **Value for Money**: Overall, Fuzhou hotel prices offer good value. Coming back from Chaozhou, the difference in room quality for the same price is quite significant, so I think the value here is really high. **Breakfast**: Served at the restaurant directly opposite. While the variety isn't huge, it includes local specialties like oyster omelets and 'Laohua' (a local noodle soup). I heard it used to be at another Michelin-starred restaurant – I hope they can switch back to that one next time! **Bed**: Large and comfortable. **Hygiene**: Clean. **Parking**: There's a dedicated parking lot, but since the entire scenic area has stone slab paths, pushing a suitcase is a bit inconvenient. Also, cars can't reach the hotel entrance directly, so you have to walk a bit. Our driver wasn't familiar with the area, which led to a longer detour, making it quite inconvenient. **Room View**: Opening the wooden lattice windows, you see ancient, quaint surrounding walls. **Location & Transportation**: Right in the Three Lanes and Seven Alleys scenic area. For going out, entering from Tonghu Road is more convenient. **Service**: I felt at ease as soon as I arrived. The uncle at the door carried all my luggage to the room and gave very detailed instructions and explanations. I even thought he was the owner! [Thumbs Up] The most thoughtful touch was the preserved plums – they were quite tasty. However, on the second day, the uncle only placed my luggage outside. If it could have been taken all the way to the roadside, I think the service would have been even more exceptional. **Bathroom Facilities**: Bright and spotless, with a powerful shower. The hotel's facilities and decor are all very ancient and elegant, exuding a tranquil charm. Looking at the large koi, I feel like I could spend an entire day just in the hotel.

This place was lovely. The room: Clean, modern, no cheap furniture falling apart… well-designed. The shower is great. The tea set much appreciated and the water kettle lined with metal so you’re not leaching plastics into your water. The tea was super lovely too—tea sets without tea would be sad, so this felt complete. Wifi connection was good too. Service: the people were friendly, helpful, and quick to make suggestions. Even with the language barrier (my fault, I don’t speak Chinese… yet) we always managed. They also always said a friendly hello back. They also let me choose my room out of two options, which was super appreciated as I’m very sensitive to smell, and one of them was smoke-free. 😊 Environment: on one of the main roads of the old town, that isn’t closed off for scooters. It’s super easy to get to and explore both the old town and more local food options further down the road (highly recommend the fried duck and ginger, you’ll see the rotating fryers and smell it well before you see it). Lots of other food and cafes around—sharing some pictures of things you can get within 100m. The only thing is that due to the road and shops and cafes the noise can be quite loud till pretty late on one side of the hotel. I sleep pretty ok being used to cities, but if you want something quiet the rooms on the other side look into a school field—much quieter.

The room facilities are new and well-equipped, and they offered a fruit plate and drinks. They also upgraded our room for free, so overall it was pretty good! 👍 Having a private hot spring in the room is a huge plus! 👍 However, the service still falls short compared to a five-star hotel. The butler service felt like a formality; they barely showed up. Hope they can improve on that in the future.

Even on a business trip, I got to enjoy beautiful scenery! The Xiangyu Hotel's convenient location with its views of the Jiulong River and garden scenery was truly a balm for the soul. After work, I relaxed in the hot spring to relieve stress, and enjoyed the river view from the balcony. The room was clean and tidy, perfect for both work and rest, making it my top choice for travel. It also provided great photo opportunities! The service was efficient, and the facilities were excellent, suitable for both meetings and leisure. Beauty and quality coexist here. It was raining in Zhangzhou, but my mood was beautiful! I'll definitely choose this place again for my next business trip. 👍

When the hotel first opened, I saw a video about it, so when I came to Zhangzhou this time, I chose to stay here. Good aspects: The environment is indeed excellent, with a large footprint. The hotel as a whole is grand, and the greenery and views are very pleasant. Soundproofing is decent, and the rooms and public areas are clean. The complimentary sweet soup was delicious, and the fruit was fresh and thoughtful. No strange smells. The parking lot is spacious and clean. Areas for improvement: 1. During check-in, the front desk was aware that three people, including one child, would be staying in the room, but they didn't ask if we needed extra toiletries, nor were any provided in the room. 2. Throughout our stay, we encountered several staff members, but surprisingly, only four of them actively greeted guests: the young man who delivered disposable cups that evening, the cleaning lady (PA) in the public restroom in the lobby the next day, the staff member in charge of the coffee machine at breakfast, and one front desk staff member during check-out. Many others we saw simply walked past us. 3. The room (5320) had insufficient power outlets. Of the few available, the one at the bar counter was not only unusable, but the entire panel was about to fall off when unplugging something. Additionally, the small desk lacked a tabletop outlet, only having one on the floor, which required crouching to use. 4. The floor of the shower stall and the outer floor were basically at the same level, and the drainage trench was shallow. When showering, water would overflow, which was a bit awkward. 5. As other guests mentioned online, the souvenir was indeed 'invisible' and required guests to ask for it. When we checked out, it was Mid-Autumn Festival, and the staff member offered a fan as a gift, which differed from what other guests reportedly received. It also had lower relevance and brand coherence. 6. The Ctrip benefits included a free Didi (ride-hailing) service to the ancient city. The front desk also knew we might go to the ancient city after checking in and were planning to take a taxi, but they did not proactively ask if we needed help arranging a car. In summary, these are my and my husband's brief impressions after our one-day stay. Overall, for the price during the National Day holiday, the hotel offered very good value in terms of hardware services. However, for female guests hoping for certain 'soft' services in a five-star hotel, it doesn't meet the value and expectations for its price point.

We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Breakfast dishes were not replenished when we were there at 9am for three mornings. However, the congee and eggs were enough for us. We walked to the entrance of the Wuyishan National Park (about 1.5km) and also walked back from Impression Da Hong Pao (about 1km) after the show at night. We enjoyed walking so the distance is not an issue for us.

I don't often give five-star recommendations for hotels, but this one truly deserves it! Originally, I planned to stay at a hotel within Sanfang Qixiang, but as Chinese New Year approached, prices skyrocketed to an absurd level, so I gave up on that idea. My child accidentally stumbled upon this hotel online. A quick search showed it was also near Sanfang Qixiang, and the price was just right, so we booked it without hesitation. Upon arrival, someone helped us with our luggage and took it up to the elevator. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. Seeing that we had a child, they even upgraded our room! The upgraded room was fantastic – spacious with a large table, perfect for my child to do some writing. We could also gather around the table and watch TV together, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is superb, close to all the attractions. Sanfang Qixiang is within walking distance, and Lin Zexu's birthplace memorial is just a ten-minute walk away. Other attractions are also quickly accessible by taxi; we went to Fudao and the Forest Park, and taxis both ways were very convenient. There's a convenience store downstairs from the hotel, and directly opposite is a shopping mall. Zhu Fugui is inside, along with McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Luckin Coffee, and a whole host of other fast food and coffee shops. On the hotel's ground floor, there's a bakery, a restaurant, and a children's play area. Although the play area is small, it's perfectly adequate, and every evening I saw staff diligently cleaning it. The bakery's bread is very reasonably priced; we even bought a few to take with us when we left Fuzhou. I highly recommend the restaurant on the first floor. We ate dinner there for two consecutive nights. This restaurant ranks second on Dazhong Dianping, the taste is excellent, portions are generous, and it features Fujian specialties. Many locals also dine here, and we noticed it was quite busy in the evenings, which shows how popular it truly is. The service here is excellent, and it offers great value for money – highly recommended! The hotel breakfast is also served at this same restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast entirely considers the guests' experience; in addition to the standard breakfast items found at other hotels, it also offers many Fuzhou local specialties such as Mianxian paste, Laohua, and fish balls, allowing those who don't have time to try local snacks to enjoy them thoroughly at breakfast. In summary, our whole family was very satisfied with our three-day, two-night stay here. The staff were all very warm and patient. The hotel room was clean and tidy; even for someone with mild潔癖 (germaphobia) like me, I found it exceptionally clean, which shows a lot of genuine effort. I strongly recommend it to everyone, especially tourists visiting Fuzhou with children.

We spontaneously decided to extend our stay for another night and switched to a twin room without a bathtub, which was just as satisfying. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable; even the window tracks were spotless. The restaurant staff remembered there were two of us, and when one person didn't show up, they proactively offered to pack breakfast for us. My mother doesn't eat seafood, so they specially prepared a noodle soup for her. The lovely lady at the front desk lent us a charger and even gave us a gift. One suggestion: adding another coffee machine would be great to avoid queues during breakfast.

The hotel was excellent. I arrived late, and they even upgraded my room for free. It's right across from Jiuhua Plaza and very close to the E-commerce Town, about two kilometers away. The café, however, had poor service; there was only one staff member. I waited for ages without being served, and whenever I asked something, they said they didn't know. I've stayed at Shangri-La many times, and this was the only time the café experience was bad. After the hotel lobby manager found out, they sent up chocolates, wine, and a small cake as compensation. The service experience was exceptional, and I'll definitely choose to stay at Shangri-La again in the future. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserBooked too late, so all the hotels in the city center couldn't accommodate my booking requirements. I had no choice but to opt for Shoukia Junlan Hotel. The hotel's location is indeed a bit out of the way, but it's right by a subway station, which is convenient for those without a car. The subway goes directly to the Sanqixiang Scenic Area. Since I arrived quite late on the day of check-in, I had dinner directly at the ground floor restaurant. The hotel's Chinese food was quite good and the portions were generous. We ate until past 9 PM, and the staff were still very polite and didn't complain. Also, Auntie Zhu Yuanyuan, our room attendant on the tenth floor, was incredibly warm and polite, always ready to help with anything we needed. She promptly arranged anything we requested. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel service was pretty good. The room had large windows, so it was nice and bright, and the night light was a cool ambient light, which I liked. The local snacks around the hotel were also decent. Overall, this hotel in Fuzhou met my expectations for my trip. Plus, they gave me a fridge magnet when I checked out, which was a nice touch!

YYiyulvjianFirst time at Banyueshan, stayed in the Hot Spring Villa King Room, and the experience was still perfect! 💯 The room was amazing, with a super large private hot tub on the balcony. Just turn on the tap, and it's strontium-rich hot spring water – soak whenever you want, with excellent privacy. Soaking at night while stargazing, or coming back to soak after a tiring day of activities – this is what a vacation should be like! The service was impeccable. From booking the free shuttle from Xiamen North Station, I already felt their thoughtfulness. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the staff's smiles were very warm. There was a super rich variety of free activities; I worked out in the gym and even tried fishing. I was just playing around, but surprisingly, I actually caught a small fish, and my child was incredibly excited! The overall environment of the hotel is very quiet, like a hidden paradise in the mountains, with excellent air quality. My only regret this time was not being able to visit the horse ranch – I'll save that for next time! I've already recommended it to friends; it's definitely a hidden gem of a hot spring hotel that I'll revisit countless times! 🏞️

MM422358****As a new hotel, Longjiang years are too treasured! The whole service was intimate to foul, the staff took the initiative to help with luggage, detailed introduction of facilities, the demand response was super fast, even when the hot springs were intimately reminded of the time, there was no rusty feeling of the new hotel. The facilities are all new configurations, the intelligent guest control in the room is super convenient, the big bedding is soft and comfortable, and the window is the Jiulong River view; Outdoor more than 30,000 Pingyuan Garden Hot Springs are hidden in green plants, more than a dozen themed pools are full of privacy, as well as heated swimming pools, gyms, parent-child paradises and libraries, whether alone or with a baby can enjoy. The buffet is even more abundant, seafood, ancient early snacks one-stop punch card, with a great location near the ancient city, really a brand new resort with eyes closed and no thunder!
