The hotel's garden is absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere is quiet and elegant, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. It's incredibly relaxing to just be there. The location is also excellent; it's very convenient for dining out and shopping. The soundproofing in the rooms is great, so it's very quiet at night, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast is exquisitely presented, making for a truly ceremonial dining experience. But what truly stands out is the service!
When we arrived, it was raining, and the reception staff immediately came over to help us with umbrellas, getting themselves wet in the process – it was incredibly thoughtful. Such a warm and attentive hotel is a rare find; every detail makes you feel secure and comfortable. Whether for a trip, a vacation, or just a relaxing short stay, this place is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back!

The hotel's location is absolutely stunning, right within a 5A scenic area! As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was amazed by the decor. There were so many lacquered artifacts, and shelves filled with books about Fuzhou's history and culture. The entire lobby was perfumed with the scent of Fuzhou jasmine tea! The room's style was also very classic, perfectly complementing the surroundings. Even the toiletries were high-quality. Breakfast, served across the street, was also quite extensive! Upon check-out, they even gave me a tea souvenir. [Gift emoji] Highly recommend staying here! [Heart emoji]

This place was lovely.
The room: Clean, modern, no cheap furniture falling apart… well-designed. The shower is great. The tea set much appreciated and the water kettle lined with metal so you’re not leaching plastics into your water. The tea was super lovely too—tea sets without tea would be sad, so this felt complete. Wifi connection was good too.
Service: the people were friendly, helpful, and quick to make suggestions. Even with the language barrier (my fault, I don’t speak Chinese… yet) we always managed. They also always said a friendly hello back. They also let me choose my room out of two options, which was super appreciated as I’m very sensitive to smell, and one of them was smoke-free. 😊
Environment: on one of the main roads of the old town, that isn’t closed off for scooters. It’s super easy to get to and explore both the old town and more local food options further down the road (highly recommend the fried duck and ginger, you’ll see the rotating fryers and smell it well before you see it). Lots of other food and cafes around—sharing some pictures of things you can get within 100m.
The only thing is that due to the road and shops and cafes the noise can be quite loud till pretty late on one side of the hotel. I sleep pretty ok being used to cities, but if you want something quiet the rooms on the other side look into a school field—much quieter.

Was back to the same hotel the 2nd time.
Everything was good, Ms Jojo was attentive and friendly at all times, and even suggested places to go. She made sure the room was ready before my arrival and the check in was completed swiftly. Had an upgrade of the room. Staff are all courteous and greet the patrons every time.
Highly recommended was the bed and room - I had restful sleep every night. The room was quiet too. Housekeeping was commendable. The housekeeping sister was friendly and made sure supplies were restocked n room cleaned.
Checked out the gym - a relatively new and well equipped gym, with trainers/ instructors. The equipment are clean n new. Well appointed gym!
Being just right above the metro station makes moving around so convenient, to the 三坊七巷 or to 世欧广场- both just 1 station away.
One area which I noticed was that cab drivers do not seem to realise that they could drive into the hotel porch to pick/ drop off passengers. Perhaps some signages cld help the driver to understand that they could drive pass the gantry to get to the sheltered porch area to pick up/drop off passengers, especially during raining days.
Thank you Ms Jojo and her colleagues for making my stay exceptional warm and a pleasure. Will definitely consider the hotel again if I’m back Fuzhou again.
This hotel is located by the Jiulong River, directly across from Zhangzhou Old Town. It offers the charm of the old city while providing a peaceful escape from the crowds. From the moment we arrived, we felt the staff's genuine care. The porter brought all our luggage to our room, and Zhang Jingyi at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room and gave us a detailed overview of the hotel's facilities. The hotel breakfast, in particular, felt just like home. Cai Chunhua from the Chinese restaurant enthusiastically introduced local delicacies like Shima Wuxiangjuan and Liuao sweet potatoes, patiently bringing each dish to our table. Guests not only get to savor unique local flavors but also learn about the food, making for a truly rewarding experience.
When the hotel first opened, I saw a video about it, so when I came to Zhangzhou this time, I chose to stay here.
Good aspects: The environment is indeed excellent, with a large footprint. The hotel as a whole is grand, and the greenery and views are very pleasant. Soundproofing is decent, and the rooms and public areas are clean. The complimentary sweet soup was delicious, and the fruit was fresh and thoughtful. No strange smells. The parking lot is spacious and clean.
Areas for improvement:
1. During check-in, the front desk was aware that three people, including one child, would be staying in the room, but they didn't ask if we needed extra toiletries, nor were any provided in the room.
2. Throughout our stay, we encountered several staff members, but surprisingly, only four of them actively greeted guests: the young man who delivered disposable cups that evening, the cleaning lady (PA) in the public restroom in the lobby the next day, the staff member in charge of the coffee machine at breakfast, and one front desk staff member during check-out. Many others we saw simply walked past us.
3. The room (5320) had insufficient power outlets. Of the few available, the one at the bar counter was not only unusable, but the entire panel was about to fall off when unplugging something. Additionally, the small desk lacked a tabletop outlet, only having one on the floor, which required crouching to use.
4. The floor of the shower stall and the outer floor were basically at the same level, and the drainage trench was shallow. When showering, water would overflow, which was a bit awkward.
5. As other guests mentioned online, the souvenir was indeed 'invisible' and required guests to ask for it. When we checked out, it was Mid-Autumn Festival, and the staff member offered a fan as a gift, which differed from what other guests reportedly received. It also had lower relevance and brand coherence.
6. The Ctrip benefits included a free Didi (ride-hailing) service to the ancient city. The front desk also knew we might go to the ancient city after checking in and were planning to take a taxi, but they did not proactively ask if we needed help arranging a car.
In summary, these are my and my husband's brief impressions after our one-day stay. Overall, for the price during the National Day holiday, the hotel offered very good value in terms of hardware services. However, for female guests hoping for certain 'soft' services in a five-star hotel, it doesn't meet the value and expectations for its price point.

Wyndham Garden Wuyishan is an absolute gem for travelers! Its location is superb, within walking distance of the scenic area's South Entrance, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Nine-Bend Stream bamboo rafts and Tianyou Peak, and also easy to get back to the station. The rooms are spacious and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Some room types even offer mountain views, showing great attention to detail.
The most delightful surprise was the complimentary hot springs and outdoor pool – a perfect way to relax and soothe tired muscles after a day of hiking. Breakfast is a fantastic blend of Chinese and Western options, plus local Wuyi snacks, offering a rich variety of delicious choices. The staff are warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they patiently shared travel tips. Free WiFi and parking are available, and the family-friendly facilities are excellent. Whether you're traveling with family or solo, this place is perfect, offering incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuyishan!

I don't often give five-star recommendations for hotels, but this one truly deserves it!
Originally, I planned to stay at a hotel within Sanfang Qixiang, but as Chinese New Year approached, prices skyrocketed to an absurd level, so I gave up on that idea. My child accidentally stumbled upon this hotel online. A quick search showed it was also near Sanfang Qixiang, and the price was just right, so we booked it without hesitation.
Upon arrival, someone helped us with our luggage and took it up to the elevator. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. Seeing that we had a child, they even upgraded our room! The upgraded room was fantastic – spacious with a large table, perfect for my child to do some writing. We could also gather around the table and watch TV together, which was very convenient.
The hotel's location is superb, close to all the attractions. Sanfang Qixiang is within walking distance, and Lin Zexu's birthplace memorial is just a ten-minute walk away. Other attractions are also quickly accessible by taxi; we went to Fudao and the Forest Park, and taxis both ways were very convenient.
There's a convenience store downstairs from the hotel, and directly opposite is a shopping mall. Zhu Fugui is inside, along with McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Luckin Coffee, and a whole host of other fast food and coffee shops. On the hotel's ground floor, there's a bakery, a restaurant, and a children's play area. Although the play area is small, it's perfectly adequate, and every evening I saw staff diligently cleaning it. The bakery's bread is very reasonably priced; we even bought a few to take with us when we left Fuzhou. I highly recommend the restaurant on the first floor. We ate dinner there for two consecutive nights. This restaurant ranks second on Dazhong Dianping, the taste is excellent, portions are generous, and it features Fujian specialties. Many locals also dine here, and we noticed it was quite busy in the evenings, which shows how popular it truly is. The service here is excellent, and it offers great value for money – highly recommended! The hotel breakfast is also served at this same restaurant on the first floor. The breakfast entirely considers the guests' experience; in addition to the standard breakfast items found at other hotels, it also offers many Fuzhou local specialties such as Mianxian paste, Laohua, and fish balls, allowing those who don't have time to try local snacks to enjoy them thoroughly at breakfast.
In summary, our whole family was very satisfied with our three-day, two-night stay here. The staff were all very warm and patient. The hotel room was clean and tidy; even for someone with mild潔癖 (germaphobia) like me, I found it exceptionally clean, which shows a lot of genuine effort. I strongly recommend it to everyone, especially tourists visiting Fuzhou with children.

We spontaneously decided to extend our stay for another night and switched to a twin room without a bathtub, which was just as satisfying. The hotel's cleanliness is impeccable; even the window tracks were spotless. The restaurant staff remembered there were two of us, and when one person didn't show up, they proactively offered to pack breakfast for us. My mother doesn't eat seafood, so they specially prepared a noodle soup for her. The lovely lady at the front desk lent us a charger and even gave us a gift. One suggestion: adding another coffee machine would be great to avoid queues during breakfast.

The hotel was excellent. I arrived late, and they even upgraded my room for free. It's right across from Jiuhua Plaza and very close to the E-commerce Town, about two kilometers away. The café, however, had poor service; there was only one staff member. I waited for ages without being served, and whenever I asked something, they said they didn't know. I've stayed at Shangri-La many times, and this was the only time the café experience was bad. After the hotel lobby manager found out, they sent up chocolates, wine, and a small cake as compensation. The service experience was exceptional, and I'll definitely choose to stay at Shangri-La again in the future. Highly recommended!

Right at the start, we had a problem with the payment with our foreign card. The management and staff were very helpful and the problem got solved. Although there was the language barrier, all the staff and the housekeepers always attended to us very friendly and helped us with everything. So the service was excellent. Even at the breakfast buffet, they helped us to find food which is suitable for Muslins. The rooms are spacious, modern, well equipped and absolutely clean with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. Laundry service is available for free. The atmosphere in overall is pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fuzhou.

Very impressed with the level of service in ME Hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with the concierge who helped us with our luggage. Check in was a breeze. All check in staff were extremely polite. We inquired about purchasing the Body lotion and the assistance from Ms Xiaomi( 小米)was so warming and smooth. She explained very clearly and helped with couriering the lotion to our next destination in Shanghai. Many thanks to Ms Xiaomi. Such high level of service touched us very much. The hotel bed is very comfortable. Lobby feels grand. Oh yes, the breakfast is excellent. Overall good hotel and we will return to stay at our next visit.
The Vibe : from the second we arrived, we were blown away by the archutecture and interior design. Its visual masterpiece. The Services : a huge thank you to front desk; housekeeping and restaurant teams. They were so patient and helpful with my elderly parent and my toddler. Even with a language barrier, their kindness translated perfectly. The location : ideally suitated in thr old town. It made exploring so easy with a young child and seniors. Value : for the price range, the quality of service and the beauty of the property are unbeatable.
This hot spring resort is one of the best destinations for hot springs in China. Just a 40-minute taxi ride from Xiamen, it features numerous small hot pools scattered across a lush hillside with a gently flowing creek, creating the perfect natural setting to unwind and soak in the warm waters. Complimentary unlimited lemon and ginger tea keep you refreshed throughout your visit. During my stay, I even enjoyed a morning run up the hill where I passed a golf driving range and a training facility that seems ideal for team-building activities. In fact, I’m considering hosting international conferences or workshops here in the future. One tip: make sure to run for your breakfast as early as possible to beat the crowds. The staff here make the experience even more memorable—Lin Meili is exceptionally kind and welcoming, and the front desk manager, fluent in English, is always ready to assist with any needs. If you’re seeking a serene natural hot spring experience paired with modern amenities, this resort is the ideal choice. The massage service is a fantastic bonus that adds to the overall relaxation. I can’t wait to return again and again.
Overall, a good hotel good place for a price staff is very cordial and helpful. I stayed one night and found it to be comfortable room for nice and clean air conditioning was working. Breakfast was decent.
I had an excellent stay! The room boasts stunning sea views—overlooking the blue sea and sky, with gentle waves rolling by, offering a truly relaxing vibe. The hotel features unique and stylish design, sleek lines and exquisite decor that exude elegance everywhere. The outdoor hotspring is perfect. The receptionist is friendly and professional, actively helping us to arrange shuttle bus to the airport and giving careful guidance, making the whole experience comfortable and satisfying. Highly recommended!

Longjiang Years Hot Spring Hotel is amazing! The facilities are new, the service is warm, and the environment is superb. You can enjoy the hot springs and the scenery at the same time, making for an incredibly fulfilling experience! The front desk lady even helped with our luggage, and there were small gifts in the room, which was a real surprise. Plus, Xiao Hu from the hotel introduced us to fun places and good food nearby. I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time, and I'll be back!
