My stay at the B+B Hotel Crissier was pleasant. The hotel offers good value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean. There was enough space and everything was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and ensured a restful night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel offers simple but functional facilities. This is absolutely an unacceptable hotel that claims to have a 3-star rating. In the room even basic facilities like a kettle are not provided. Customers need to pay another CHF14 to get a mini bar fridge. The room does not provide hot water because no kettle is provided. We had to go to the communal area to get help for hot water. The toilet door has no lock and cannot be fully closed. Sound proofing is absolutely a joke - my family of four could not sleep well as we were terribly affected by the lodger upstairs talking, dragging chair along in late night and early morning. I went upstairs to ask why the lodgers caused so much noise without thinking of people living downstairs. We were not enjoying the stay in the IBIS room but counting how many days remaining to leave this place. I have to say my family will certainly avoid IBIS brand in our holiday/business trip from now on and spread this experience in my community.

Exactly what we needed. Comfortable room and bedding, very large shower tub. The Breakfast was nice, with attention to avoid disposable material, fresh yoghurts, two coffee machines. The free Lausanne pass allowing free public transportation (and other advantages) was appreciated.

My experience in this hostel has been horrible on several points. Starting with absolutely non-professional staff, from the reception to the reception, or people cannot answer simple questions without gloss, the '' security' of the evening that takes place as prison guards, The non-amiable cooks for a smile (except a very smile cook, the only person in the hostel who has addressed signs of humanity), the manager and the household women. The rooms are infected, the roofs, the matlas, the water room, the corners, everything is salt. For food, I advise you to go shopping and warm up at the microwave of the hostel, the meals offered do not worth it. Starling did most things that you would expect from a business hotel quite well. An added bonus for me travelling with family was that they allow pets, which is why I chose to stay here. On the negative side, I would expect given the prices charged that little ”extras” like a fridge and coffee machine in the room and a microwave oven available for public use would come as part of the package, but sadly no.

The hotel is a theme hotel. The hotel is easily reached by the metro, from Losanna station to OURS stop. As soon as you enter the hall there is a delicious chocolate parfum probably due to the ”chocolate fountain” from which you can taste. Smiling and very friendly staff. A spacious and well furnished room for me. If I have to find a sin ... The hotel provides a card for the means, so very comfortable as an option. With a walk of just 10 minutes walk you get to the center. Or two minutes away there is the metro stop and you will find the can reach any direction (lake- center).

Good location very close to the railway station, restaurants etc and a short hop on the metro either downhill to the lake or uphill to the centre of town. One of the nice check in 'gifts' was a public transport pass for the length of your stay....handy. Rooms are a little bizarre in design and don't take a cat as you won't be able to swing it!!. Bed very small, low and uncomfortable however walk in shower in the small partitioned bathroom very good. Breakfast OK ish. Think you pay a premium for the excellent view of the lake. Reception staff very good and helpful. Nothing special about this place but handy, very clean with good staff.
