Location = Great for the Arch
Cleanliness = 6-day stay, but the room was only serviced 3 times, requiring us to flag down a room attendant so we could have clean towels, Sheets were only changed 1 time, and the bed was just remade. Also, there was a basketball-sized spot on the headboard that was worn through the leather into the padding. This can't be cleaned correctly and everyone's head touches it. Gross.
Restaurants = convenient enough and you are charged for that convenience.
Parking = Be Aware $48 per night valet, $32 self-park, offsite options, $20 per night with a couple of blocks walk.
Overall = Taking parking into account if you can get this for $75 a night for a king room it's good, if not there are other better options for your money.

Room was not ready when promised. Parking was $37 per night. No other place to park. Room was nice, clean, large, housekeeping folks were great. Pleasant stay.

Once I arrived the receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Check in and check about was fast an easy. I also had no problem with the room I booked. The view of the arch and courthouse was breathtaking. As for the hotel room and hotel itself was beautiful. I have no complaints and had a great stay.

I booked a room with a king bed for myself and my two older children. When I arrived, the Hyatt at the St Louis Arch put me in a room with a queen bed and said the bed size “was not guaranteed.” Their way of fixing this was to offer a rollaway bed. To my surprise, I later learned i was charged for the rollaway bed.
This didn’t make me feel great, so I may skip staying staying at a Hyatt hotel next time given a choice.

Overall a great stay, me and my girlfriend came out there for the Drake concert. We booked this place because every other place was 21 but that was probably for the best because we got to find this place. We had the deluxe king room, it was such a very clean room and the view wasn’t bad either. We didn’t talk to the staff much but when we did they were very accommodating and provided a quick and smooth check in and check out. When asked for late checkout they even provided 1 hour extra complimentary check out. The gate way arch is next to the hotel and there are many food option around for delivery or to go to, there is even a steak house inside. Many on site amenities as well, definitely recommend this place!

Loved our stay. Very clean, great options with Ruth’s Chris for dinner and Starbucks in the morning. Suite was large. 2 things, could have used a microwave in the kitchenette and the beds could be softer with softer sheets. But overall great stay and perfect location!

The reason I’m giving all fours is because the timing of it all. We stayed at the property during Mardi Gras so it was extremely busy and loud. The first room we checked into was a little disappointing, there was hair on the bed, a hot Cheeto at our door and a white stain on the chair not to mention the floor was extremely loud due to the younger crowd enjoying themselves for Mardi Gras. We contacted the manager and she immediately apologized for our experience and gave us an upgraded suite which was very nice and accommodating. Overall I would stay here again because the customer service was phenomenal.
