Lovely hotel on edge on village. Fantastic stay for end week in March 2024. Room comfortable with shower room. Cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner excellent. What made my stay special were the great people who looked after me - the reception, the restaurant, the housekeeping and the bar staff - all 1st class. They were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel - and I will return.

Went with Crystal ski. Food weird ( yuk) but filled a space. Staff…. Some ok… most not. Use cash to buy your bus pass ( or they charge double). Old fashioned Italian power sockets… be prepared. Nightclub under hotel…( Saturday and Tuesday the worst) Italian universities use hotel… so if you want to ski… it’s ok… and it may have a pool etc … but it costs an arm and a leg to use it. I won’t be going back to hotel… but resort good.😊

Family ski visit over new year. The 3 stars could easily have been 4 or 5 but for the room. We were allocated a room over the bar and next to the nightclub so night time noise from the entertainment meant we had poor sleep all week. We did have ear plugs and eyemasks as I had read previous reviews. We couldn’t be moved as the hotel was full. The room number 233 also had a window that would have given lovely views of the mountains but it was nailed closed with the outside shutter closed making the room dark and we weren’t able to enjoy the views. This was likely as there was a spotlight that lights the outside pointing directly at the window. The room was dated with curtains that didn’t shut properly due to unused curtain hooks on the rail, no batteries in the tv remote and a broken mini fridge. The good points were a jacuzzi bath and large bathroom, large balcony and large cupboards. Away from the room the hotel was good, dining room staff were very friendly and accommodating Maria and the mature gentleman in particular. A huge effort made for New year gala dinner many choices for breakfast including cooked eggs, kids choices and half portions available at the evening and nice decorations. Large bar with chess sets and kids room with nintendos and toys. Pool and spa at extra cost 11euro was well kept however outside sauna was not in operation. Remember a swimming hat. Hotel shuttle to Belvedere lifts approx 10 mins depending on traffic which can be heavy was regular with local ski bus stop also at the hotel drive. Ski room with heated boot racks and ski storage is good. The hotel is on its own set back from the main road so not all that convenient to shop etc as you always have ski equipment when you are in town. All in all however a reasonable stay just the poor sleep let it down.

Lovely ski hotel. Great choice of food. Views of the mountains and the village from the balcony. Jet bath which helped after a day of skiing and hotel was decorated very nicely for Xmas. Free shuttle to main lift is good. Only suggestion would be that you would sign for drinks rather than just giving the room number. Staff friendly and would definitely return.

Canazei is a nice town and the skiing is fantastic. This hotel is on the edge of the town and they have a bus service (payable) and a free bus shuttle that works well The rooms are ok, mine was a bit small but comfortable. The staff were very good especially in the bar and restaurant. Unfortunately the only thing that let it down was the food. Breakfast was great but the evening meals varied and if you are vegetarian it is hopeless. For 3 nights there was fish for the vegetarian option (even though we spoke to them about this at the beginning) so we spoke to them each time to explain 2 of our group did not eat meat or fish (informed at time of booking) but this did not make any difference. One night our main course was tomato and mozzarella and another night we got 6 pieces of cheese….this may have been less of an issue if the salad bar was any good but it was one of the worst I have come across in many years of skiing. Also we found what we did get was very salty to the point you couldn’t eat it. Saying that the meat and fish eaters were fairly happy with their food on the whole so just not recommended for vegetarians. We ended up being hungry. There was also very loud ‘entertainment’ every night which is ok but there was really nowhere to go to be able to talk when it was going on if you did not want to participate. There was a small TV room but this often had children in watching tv or football was on. I did not try the wellness area and it is an extra cost. 8€ a day. If you eat meet it is ok. I wouldn’t go back due to the food issue. On the mountains you could easily get nice veggie food so no excuse these days!

One of the best hotels me and my family have ever stayed in. All the staff were really friendly, the shuttle bus to and from the hotel was really effective and always seemed to be on time. The food was delicious and the room was extremely snug, we had a connecting room for a family of five but wasn’t cramped at all. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

This could have been a four-star review, but there are a few reasons why it isn't. Firstly, the nightclub was extremely loud, and the windows were not soundproof. Despite staying on the fifth floor, we could still hear the music playing at the HEXEN disco and even sing along to it. Secondly, the elevator (the machine that runs the elevator) was located just above the fifth floor and made so much noise that we were concerned it might break down soon. As a suggestion for improvement, the bar could consider changing the fluorescent lighting to something warmer and playing Eros Ramazzotti instead of having the TV on at full volume. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, and the food was good.
